Just take 2 mg of Nomabel. But honestly? Check how those pills hit you before the big day—you don't want to be totally wiped out right in the middle of your exam.
And stick to the usual bland diet when your stomach's acting up.

Ercefuril, or maybe Enterofuril—I can never quite remember if that was the old name or something similar.

I’m going to try sticking to some diet food the day before, skipping dinner entirely, and then just bypassing breakfast the next morning... 🤷 I don't really have any other choice at this point...

I deal with the exact same thing, usually first thing in the morning, especially right before I head out on some high-stakes business trip—my stomach just knots up. It’s basically stress-induced diarrhea.

Some chewable tablets used to do the trick for me; my old man used to swear by them since he was always dealing with ulcers and kept a whole pharmacy of stomach remedies on hand... he told me they really settle things down, so I'll have to ask him exactly what they were.

I have a feeling diarrhea is actually one of the side effects of taking Nomabel...

Personally, I used to take Nomabel for years—and yeah, probably way more than I should have—but I never dealt with any of that crap.🤷 Though, if I’m being honest, it didn't really do much for me either.😂😂

As for what actually fixes the anxiety, the nerves, and the constant stomach issues left in its wake... man, I can't even give the author advice on that. Pretty sure they'd just sleep through the whole day trying to escape it.🤣🤣🤣>

Now, anyone who has actually bothered to test out Persen knows firsthand that it is absolutely useless when it comes to... well, let's just say it fails miserably where it matters most.🙂

So, if that's the case, what on earth are you actually suggesting I use instead?

Just gonna quote myself here.😁

I honestly have no clue what might actually help him—at least nothing natural, anyway.🤷

Make sure you eat something the day before, and definitely grab some breakfast in the morning...
Try to stick to meals that aren't heavy or greasy and won't cause bloating—so skip the beans, peas, broccoli, or cabbage...
For breakfast, maybe just a plain sandwich...
Avoid milk or dairy, fruit, and chocolate. Keep it savory, not sweet...
On an empty stomach, try taking a lactobiotic like Prolife or Linex...
Seldiar caps can be great for calming down intestinal irritation, though I'm not sure if they'll let you pick them up over the counter at the pharmacy without a script...
You could always explain things to your doctor—tell them about the irritable colon triggered by stress—and they might write you a prescription or at least a private one so you can get what you need...
Persen can help with relaxation; just take one pill every four hours...
Or maybe try a belmiran dan... I’d recommend that starting the day before...👍
Let me know if it helps☕

Look, I actually thought Persen Forte was decent enough—it definitely did something for me. The only catch was it made me feel totally wiped out. I mean, you gotta try stuff to see if it works; everyone reacts differently. Besides, they’re out here running ads for it day and night (not that I’m trying to sell you on it or anything🙂)

Anyway, I didn't read the whole thing👍

I used to be totally fine with Persen, but I think I’ve just gotten used to it now. I’m probably going to have to start looking for something stronger. Sometimes a bit of peppermint tea or lemon balm helps me get through it.

Sorry if I’m posting this in the wrong spot, but I’m heading out on a trip to New York in a few weeks and wanted to see if anyone has recommendations for stomach meds or something for diarrhea. It’s happened to me a couple of times while traveling before—honestly, I think it’s more from travel stress than the actual food.
I’ve heard people mention Enterogermina... if anyone has used it, I’d love to hear your thoughts. 🙂
