That’s going to be a long four months...

Dying happy for nu-metal, how poetic... :asshole:

Yeah, right... I guess you must be dating a pro soccer player or something. 😁

swiftmaker20 said:I might show up in about two weeks... me and a buddy still gotta figure it out... whether we're gonna head out to San Francisco $333 or just stick to New York City... Right now we're leaning toward NYC, but I've got this itch to hit up San Francisco instead. Kind of like what Bill mentioned... 😁

Are you serious? Why would you even bother coming here $333? 😁 I'd much rather you just cover my gas money to get to NYC... πŸ˜› 😁

As for Metallica, it’s probably just gonna be all thud-thud-thud and muffled drumming on the edges...

I’m hoping I can finally get out of here... depends on how my finals go. But I think everything wraps up by June 27th. Is that right, Zvonimir?

I have no clue... I've got my final exams around then too...

btw, the 27th is a Sunday...

That’s going to be a long four months waiting.

I remember saying the exact same thing after seeing Depeche Mode, but I guess I'm still hanging around.😁>
No... now I can actually die happy once I get to see Nine Inch Nails on March 3rd, catch Metallica (because of all the intense stuff), and of course, I still need to see DM live, and I really need to experience Paradise Lost in person at least once...
It looks like I won't be checking out anytime soon.πŸ€” 😁

there needs to be some kind of order to this... I don't care if everything has been a total mess lately, I just really hope they play at least one old classic

It seems like most of the newer guys are just playing Frantic lately. 😁 Maybe some stuff from St. Anger and maybe one or two more... the rest is just all that old material from Load and Reload. πŸ˜› 😁

Look 😁

Even so, I have to satisfy my heavy metal concert cravings at least once every six months or so! 😁 πŸ™‚

Death said:πŸ™‚ You know, it wouldn't hurt if they threw in some tracks from the Load/Nevermind era. They aren't playing much from those albums lately, but there are definitely songs worth hearingβ€”stuff like "Bleeding Me," "King Nothing," "Until It Sleeps," "Hero of the Day," "The Outlaw Torn," "Fuel," "The Memory Remains," "Devil's Dance," "Better Than You," or "Fixxxer"... I could think of plenty more.

But hey, I'll happily settle for the old classics too, of course.πŸ‘

Honestly, though? Load/Nevermind is total garbage.

Jose Johnson40 said:honestly, Nevermind is kind of a joke...

Whatever, man. It’s still worth going just to see Korn. πŸ™‚

Monitor says:
"The icing on the cake is the fact that for this entire tour, the opening act for Metallica is actually the masked heavyweights Korn, who have become pretty massive and respected in their own right."

Korn is way better than St. Anger... they're going to absolutely blow Metallica out of the water at the concert...

The geniuses running Metallica's website are clearly drunk again. They botched the dates; the show is actually 26.06., not 27.06.

I just hope it isn't just because of some black metal vibes. 😁

It honestly feels like they barely touch anything from Load or Reload when they perform. Most of the setlists seem to lean heavily on Blacko and a good amount of Ride the Lightning.
