For instance, there was once an OBGYN in the USA who was so satisfied with a C-section he performed—viewing it as a masterpiece—that he decided to sign it by carving his initials into the woman's abdomen. In America, things often go suboptimally during surgery because of the "we don't have time" excuse. For example, incisions are often closed with too much spacing just to speed things up, which leaves worse scarring. In the USA, surgeons often use staples to close incisions; it's also suboptimal for scarring, but it's fast. Happy?

I’ve already proven they're lying. Just Google the definition of "trolling" and see what comes up.

Charles Fox10 keeps doing this. He deletes any posts that don't align with his or his group's agenda.
It's a matter of certification—passing an exam—not some massive retraining process.

Reported. But Charles Fox10 isn't responding, which is the real issue here.

Just because you file a report doesn't mean they’re going to get sanctioned; all you’re really doing is flagging the post for review.
They can see exactly who submitted the report, too, and you’re supposed to specify which rules were actually broken in your report.
If nothing happens, it simply means the moderators decided no action was necessary, and that’s where the matter ends. If there is an incredibly obvious violation and they haven't stepped in after a while, then you can always send a DM to the mods or just bring it up here.

From what I can tell, the user didn't necessarily set out to insult you, but the way you've phrased that specific sentence makes it look like you're intentionally trying to provoke them, which isn't a great look on your part.

You’re a doctor with a PhD from a top-tier medical school, and in your mind, you're beyond reproach—everyone in the European Union respects you, while doctors from India, China, or an Arab country are dismissed as "unskilled."

The whole time, you’ve been busy belittling anyone outside your field. You dismiss Godiva because she’s a professor, and you look down on me because I work in aviation as an air traffic controller. Yet, the second someone challenges your own expertise, you try to start new threads just to get us banned.

If you feel entitled to label an Indian doctor incompetent simply because of where they were trained, then a Swede could easily call you a butcher. Don't kid yourself into thinking you're some global authority. To people in Northern Europe, regardless of your schooling or your job, you're still just another outsider. They hold the exact same opinion of your profession and your supposed "expertise" as you do toward other countries.
