So, it seems to me that Apple is such a massive, successful, and household name today largely because of Microsoft and the help they provided.

Another thing to consider is that most Apple enthusiasts actually learned the ropes on Windows. Almost everyone rocking an iMac today is just a defector from Windows XP. Does anyone really believe stability is the primary driver here, or is it just a small fraction of users who actually care about Mac OS being stable?

Anyone can say whatever they want, but Apple is unmatched in all of this. Period.

You guys haven't really said much about this movie yet 🙂 I caught it last night... it was pretty interesting, though it definitely drags in a few spots. Overall, it's a decent watch, but nothing life-changing. Ashton Kutcher did a solid job capturing the essence of Steve Jobs back in the day during those early years. You can really see the similarities.

Finally getting around to watching the one movie that actually deserves a damn award🙂 Absolutely terrible.

So, we were watching some... I don't know, maybe an iskon program (or was it TV cinema?) that’s been playing on a loop lately, but... honestly, there wasn't anything smarter to watch, so... we just zoned out, obviously!

3/10 I guess, considering this isn't even my usual thing—I'm really not into those biographical flicks—but this one was... poorly made, at least if you ask my amateur opinion.

The whole premise was basically trying to paint him as this... crazy genius, totally eccentric, someone who lived and breathed his work...

The way they handled the time jumps was just messy, like they couldn't actually manage to weave everything into one coherent story, plus I feel like a ton of stuff regarding Jobs-related history was left out, at least from what I've gathered from articles and YouTube videos. And I honestly thought it would wrap up closer to when he passed away, rather than... you know, ending back in '98?

A lot of things just weren't explained at all, like his private life, or maybe I just completely missed the point of what happened with his wife toward the end—you know, the one they hyped up so much? Was that the same woman from the beginning who shows up later with a teenage daughter or was it someone else entirely??? 😵
None of his friends were portrayed very well either, there was hardly any depth to his personal life, and the business stuff felt super rushed and superficial.

As far as the looks go, Ashton Kutcher and several others were a great physical match, but the acting was just bad. Same goes for his friend, Steve. And that actor who played Bill... I haven't liked him since New Cura.🙄
Generally speaking, Ashton Kutcher just can't pull off those serious roles for me; he has this look... like he's constantly mocking something, this smug little smirk always hovering at the corner of his mouth. That unbelievable, pathetic attempt at portraying Bill Gates really proved it for me.
