Which of these two builds should I go with?

So, I’m officially pulling the trigger on a new PC in less than ten days, so I am totally open to any and all advice or opinions you guys might have! I'm basically torn between these two specific builds. My hard limit is about $1,250, and honestly, these two seem like the absolute best bang for my buck at that price point, but I can't decide which one actually wins out?

Which setup do you think is the better move here?

There's only about a $50 difference between them. The pricier one seems to have a way better case—at least it looks like it does—and it's definitely more expensive (like $100 versus maybe $25)

The second one’s probably going to pull way more FPS since it has a noticeably faster GPU (an RTX 2060) and quicker RAM. I guess the first build has a slightly better motherboard, an extra cooler, and a 1TB drive instead of 500GB, but honestly, that doesn't really matter for gaming...

By the way, you can grab an RTX 2060 at Best Buy for about $600.

And hey, thanks for the shoutout to Comcast, but it doesn't really matter since I'm going with a pre-built setup that comes with a warranty, looks like it's for 5 years

Edit: So I was digging around online and saw some benchmark data where the RTX 3060 hits "ultra" settings on about 926 out of 1000 AAA titles, while the 1660 only manages around 770 out of 1000. I mean, does that not pretty much tell you everything you need to know about which card is actually better?
