Partial credit on the Corona subforum

Can someone tell me why I can't see that subforum when I'm logged in? I racked up 25 penalty points for trolling because I asked if Andrej Plenković is still letting those Brussels bureaucrats run the show here in America, but I'm pretty sure a 25-point warning shouldn't trigger an immediate ban.
