Best gaming laptop under $600?

Hey,

Looking for a laptop for my brother. Nothing crazy, just needs enough juice to run Shadow of Mordor without lagging out. 😉That's the only benchmark I could think of.

New or used? Honestly, doesn't matter, but at this price point, finding something new with decent specs is basically impossible.
Any leads would be appreciated.

Is there any chance we could track down a used one that packs a bit more punch than the one Amy Vaughn12 linked?
