Best gaming laptops right now?

Hi, I’m looking to pick up a laptop for two main reasons: schoolwork, which will be pretty demanding, and gaming. I don't play anything too heavy—mostly just League—but if I decide to upgrade my library, I’d want to handle more intensive titles too. My budget is around $1,000, give or take a bit. Ideally, I’m looking for a 17.3'' screen and an Intel processor.
