Why can't I see certain users' posts or threads?

Ever since Google became a thing, nobody puts in any actual effort to remember anything anymore. 🤣

Well, even a coach who gets fired doesn't stay out of the game forever—eventually, they find a new gig. I suppose this situation will follow a similar trajectory. Personally, I’ve grown quite accustomed to things being broken, so now that everything is actually functioning again, I’ve lost the habit of using it. Hopefully, this new setup stays that way too.

It’s absolutely mind-boggling that in 2017, on a forum boasting half a million members and an equally massive mountain of discussion threads, they still haven't seen fit to implement a basic search function... 😵

I honestly think you might be getting your hopes up for nothing here. They aren't going to give it back, so you might as well just get used to that reality...😉

This is honestly such a headache. I went to open up a thread earlier today and—poof—it’s just gone. I can't tell if it was moved somewhere else or if it was deleted entirely, especially since I can't even find my own posts anymore...

From what I can tell, nothing has actually been done to it—no deletions, moves, merges, or title changes. It’s sitting exactly where it was before...

It's awkward, I agree with you. Unfortunately, this is just how it is for now. In cases like this, you can always send a DM to the site moderators to ask what happened to the thread...

Honestly, reading this circus makes me want to weep... It’s pretty ironic that this site calls itself a community forum, because a real forum is supposed to be a community—something you guys systematically ignore. If you're dealing with technical glitches and actually need developers who know what they're doing, I'm available, though I don't work for free. I used to be a member here a long time ago under a different handle, and back then, this place was legendary. I have no idea what happened, but this isn't even a shadow of the forum it used to be. Search functionality remains disabled until further notice, and frankly, we have nothing else to report at this time.
