dustyranger64 said:Delusional is just common slang (Someone who isn't seeing things clearly, or expects something to happen when it really won't. It's used for people clinging to an idea that's totally wrong or outdated.) and it isn't an insult or a medical diagnosis in everyday American conversation—kind of like saying "you're tripping" in casual talk. It's definitely not meant to be a slur. Just like how OMG girl, you're so crazy 😁 isn't a clinical diagnosis or the same thing as saying: I think you should see someone, because you have serious mental problems.
It's the same logic as calling someone's actions "perfidious" (sneaky or malicious). That's not an insult! It’s just a descriptive way to call out someone's words or deeds. (And yeah, I mentioned being called "perfidious" before as a problematic way to communicate)
Following that same logic, look at stuff like
That would be a (blatant) insult or a diagnosis, labeling everyone outside those parameters as "insane." Plus, it basically implies anyone who thinks differently is a slut.
Or even something like
That's an insult by implying someone is mentally deficient. People would call that making it personal.
But honestly, none of this is an insult, nor should it be flagged as one. This kind of free-flowing, casual speech is totally standard for a forum or just regular American conversation. Like one user put it:
There's a whole list of terms and phrases used for observations, descriptions, arguments, whatever—all within the realm of normal, slightly edgy conversation, without being insults. Real (blatant) insults would be stuff like "you're stupid," "idiot," "slut," or "where did you crawl out from?" and so on. We don't allow that kind of stuff here.
Plus, the forum rules clearly state Intimate topics. Some subjects require language that might not be suitable for very young (or very old) audiences. Or sensitive topics, which has been mentioned a million times.
So, how did I end up being tagged just to answer my own post? (That was a rhetorical question, by the way.)
Look, my way of thinking is solid. It’s been field-tested. I wouldn't be able to hold down the job I have if I couldn't take a pile of raw data, tear it apart, synthesize it on the fly, and make the right call every single time. If I wasn't capable of that kind of quick, accurate analysis, I wouldn't be sitting here. Simple as that.
Just so we’re clear—my job isn't something I'm going to be discussing on this thread or any other. So, don't even bother trying to steer the conversation that way. Save your breath.
Basically, we're looking at a total shot in the dark here.
dustyranger64 said:So, what, am I supposed to just sit here and expect you not to be a total hypocrite? You aren't even trying to follow the rules; you’re basically living out a double standard.
Delusions about being followed? That’s some heavy-duty stuff right there. Honestly, that kind of thinking is exactly what you need a specific diagnosis for.
I’m worried you've gone off the deep end and started targeting some random person just because you're in one of your paranoid streaks.
This is a whole different ballgame. I mean, sure, there are some surface-level similarities to what I was saying before, but we’re talking about something entirely different here. We're talking about a diagnosis for a severe mental illness. That changes everything.
Question—do you actually have the credentials to be making claims like that?
If you actually are, how exactly are you handling your internship?
Would you actually pull this stunt at your job?
If not them, then who else here thinks they have a problem?
You're asking me the exact same thing I already complained about on this thread. Seriously?
dustyranger64 said:Look, I’m all for staying out of people's business. Mocking someone online just because they had a run of bad luck? Yeah, that's low, and I don't support it, nor will I ever. But honestly, I’m struggling to find the line here. At what point did the truth become socially unacceptable while feelings became a constitutionally protected right? I really don't know.
For most people, that’s the exact moment things hit a wall—the second the person on the other end says, "Hey, you offended me."
When it comes to what people colloquially call a small and thin dick, things get complicated fast. Everyone on this thread seems to act like having one means you’re basically broken or non-functional. It’s a rigged game. If you’re reading this and you don't meet the "forum-approved" standard for size, you're stuck. You don't have a choice. Everyone else? They’ve got options. The heavy guys can lose weight, the skinny guys can bulk up, people can get breast surgery, nose jobs, whatever—they can tweak their look. But if you're dealing with that specific issue, there isn't a quick fix. You're just left sitting there.
That’s just plain wrong. Saying they aren't functional is a lie. Sexual dysfunction isn't some direct reflection of how long a guy is equipped, and performance issues hit everyone just the same, regardless of size. But I know if I say that out loud, I'm just asking for a mob mentality reaction. 🙂 "You've come here to explain things to us"—honestly, this whole thread feels like a bunch of thirteen-year-olds bickering during recess. It’s that exact level of immature back-and-forth, except it’s happening on a public platform where everyone can see it. Not exactly my finest hour.
dustyranger64 said:That kind of stuff isn't even allowed.
Once mod / Supermod, always a Mod/Supermod? This whole attitude—acting all high and mighty like "you mere mortals can't touch me"—that comes from you, Colbert, and ZgSash. It’s part of the recurring problem here. If you were relatively new to a forum, you’d definitely notice it, though that doesn't mean you'd actually fight back against that mindset. ZgSash takes it even further, smugly claiming that only losers would care about someone with a small and thin dick that doesn't meet certain "forum standards." Is that a public insult? Is there any sanction for that? Let's say some girl says she has a great body (if you can even call it that), but she has standards for the guy she sleeps with, and she won't settle for less—because, hey,
knows she won't be satisfied that way. It’s pure mythology. And I
hate myths, which is why I'm making such a big deal out of this.
I suggested we see who stands behind certain views because I think people might be surprised by the results.
dustyranger64 said:Or they're just overly sensitive, which has been said a million times.
That doesn't mean sensitive people aren't allowed to chime in on any topic. It just means they're going to get provoked in the exact same way, mostly by the same small group of people, of which you're one of the ringleaders.

I'll still be popping onto the forum to handle anything urgent or critical, but I just won't have the bandwidth to slog through 70+ pages of discussion over the next couple of days. Since this thread has been around for quite a while anyway, I'm sure it can wait a tiny bit.
Anyway, Happy Easter to you, and I wish everyone nothing but the best! 🙂
Yeah, it's not. You don't even have to bother if you don't feel like it.
There's also the easy way out: I just walk away. I won't be the first or the last to do it. I'm still weighing whether it's the right move, but most likely it is, since my free time isn't exactly infinite anyway.
