Motherboard question

Hi there,
Since I don't have access to the service manual and I'm certainly no hardware expert, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Does anyone happen to know what this specific component marked with a "Y" on the motherboard actually is?

What's that board made out of? What does it say next to that component?

So what's the issue here? You just didn't like the answer from the local utility provider, so now you're looking for a different one? Alvin already told you it's the fuse, and trust me, he actually knows his stuff...

The board is from a Dell XPS 13. These aren't actually my own photos, I just grabbed them off the web. If you look at my actual board, you'll see that specific section is missing. I'm trying to figure out exactly what happened here—it's vital for me to know with absolute certainty which part is gone.
