Jose Clark2 said:That’s definitely not worth a ban. Maybe even a stretch for calling it off-topic or giving out a yellow card, but it certainly isn't worth 35 points and trolling. You shouldn't just ban everything someone writes. Honestly, looking at how things have been going lately, it's pretty obvious who's actually collecting penalties and who isn't. I didn't just show up here yesterday; I'm not some random newcomer, and I know what's going on.

Look, I know you aren't stupid.
But I can also see that you clearly don't like this thread, yet you keep jumping back in just to try and dilute the conversation.
A little bit of Byzantium here, a little bit of Herzegovina there, and then throwing in personal jabs 🙄 ...

If it weren't for you and your constant attempts to derail things, this discussion would have wrapped up by page five. Instead, we're already stretched out to thirteen.
You pulled the exact same stunt during the debate Was the Bay of Kotor ever actually part of our territory?
I had to make sure I wasn't banning every single active participant in the process.

I see exactly what you're doing, and I think it's time to back off, because otherwise, I'm going to be forced to call for a moderator review.

You did the exact same thing during the debate Was Bok Kotorski ever actually part of our territory?
I had to step in, otherwise I'd be forced to send everyone active here to the Ban corner.

I see what you're doing. It's time to stop, or I'll be forced to request a partial ban.

Lovely. Now there are threats of bans involved. You really aren't cut out for moderation. Apparently, I now need to seek help from administration to deal with a moderator who expects me to leave the site voluntarily or faces me with a partial ban. Don't you realize what you've just told me?

So, like, what exactly are you even complaining about? Seriously. I mean, look at why I actually got sent to the Ban corner for trolling—do you honestly feel like my post was even trolling? I don't know, maybe? But if you think it was, then just grit your teeth and let's just get on with it.

Everything is fine. It was about a criterion that ought to be objective and applied equally to everyone. If I were the one flagging you because I felt trolled by your post? I wouldn't. I wouldn't flag myself for posts that earned me a warning from the moderators, either. But it is up to the mods to reconsider their moderation style and the threshold for what gets banned, so they don't stifle the discussion. I trust they will reflect on this and find the right balance.

Look, I’m just here to hang out and chat on the forum, but I really think we should all try to stick to the actual topic at hand. Let's not go dragging today's messy politics into our discussions about history.
