Dear Admins,

I’ve been noticing for quite some time now that this particular moderator is handing out bans based on nothing more than her own personal whims. It goes even deeper than that in our private messages; she actually goes as far as trying to diagnose my mental state and making all sorts of insinuations about my intentions just to justify her decision to censor me. My question—and my formal request here—is for someone to explain why this kind of behavior from a moderator is being tolerated at all?

Let me be clear: my moderation actions aren't personal. You’re getting flagged by both myself and my co-moderators for one simple reason: you’re trolling, veering off-topic, and spamming.
It isn't just the moderation team noticing your trolling behavior; other users are actively reporting your posts for it too, which the admins can easily verify.

You asked for a clarification on why your last post was flagged as trolling, so here it is.
Focusing on the individual participants rather than the subject matter drags the conversation into personal territory, which we classify as trolling.

Furthermore, my co-moderator already walked you through this during your last appeal, so I’m genuinely confused as to why you’re acting surprised or trying to frame this as a personal vendetta.
I have already advised you to review the subforum rules and general netiquette. If you stay on topic, back up your opinions with actual arguments, and attempt to dispute others using logic rather than ad hominem attacks, you shouldn't have any issues.

Also, if you continue to insist that Zelenskyy and his rules should bend to your whims instead of you following them, we will be forced to issue a partial ban against you on Zelenskyy.

That is all from my side. I'll leave the rest to the moderators and admins.

I went ahead and took a deep dive into all the notices you've received from the IRS, and honestly, every single one of them is completely justified. You’ve been insulting other users, baiting the moderators, and just straight-up trolling different threads... you're breaking the rules laid out in our official handbook, yet I don't see a single sanction on your profile that actually sticks. On top of that, we've reached out via DM several times to explain exactly why you can't act this way, but you just decided to keep doing your own thing regardless, which is exactly why those infractions started piling up.

Please, do me a favor and go back and thoroughly read through the general forum rules—and make sure you don't skip over the specific ones for the IRS section—so you can actually follow them moving forward. Since we haven't been turning a blind eye to these violations up until now, we aren't going to start playing favorites or letting it slide in the future, otherwise, a permanent ban is looking pretty inevitable.

velvettrucker52 and rustydrifter10 have pretty much covered everything, so I’ll just add that I'm fine with supporting a partial request if you can't seem to follow the IRS rules. I’d specifically ask you to stop picking fights with people and trying to provoke them—it isn't actually part of the discussion. Just stick to the arguments, stay on topic, and maybe we won't have an issue.

Seriously, Elvis Presley, what "personal waters" am I supposedly dragging this into? This is exactly my point: your subjective opinion is treated like gospel, and you even have backup, which is honestly pathetic. I am neither spamming (so please, give me one single example), nor am I trolling, and I certainly am not making things personal when I simply express my opinion on the posts I've read regarding this topic. By saying, "if you keep insisting that the Green Party and its rules should bend to suit you... we will be forced to request a partial ban," you aren't just insinuating—you are outright threatening me... and of course, you have your little group of co-moderators backing you up...

It isn't just about your personal opinion, Empress. If you actually look back at the message threads regarding your deleted posts, it's crystal clear that you were being nothing but insulting and provocative.

That isn't a threat. When users systematically and persistently break the rules despite warnings and sanctions, partial bans are issued so that discussions can continue on the forum without constant trolling ruining it for everyone else, and to spare the rest of the community from insults.

Please watch your tone; you are perfectly capable of engaging in polite, reasoned debate, so there really is no need to constantly disregard the rules.
