I mean, honestly, you could just throw some salt on his tail instead of dragging him through a whole lawsuit

And honestly, the police handling this is a complete joke—they were basically just running, yet now they’re being charged with assaulting an officer. From what I know, it’s unlikely they’ll get out anytime soon, though nothing is set in stone just yet.

I know a guy who was detained just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time—mostly his first time ever in New York City, no prior record, zero complaints filed against him—and he gets 30 days of pretrial detention. Now, compared to when he was arrested for allegedly attacking an officer or obstructing an official, they switched the charge yesterday to MASSIVE DISRUPTION OF PUBLIC ORDER AND PEACE?!? 😲 which is apparently a crime under the new Penal Code. From what I hear, he’s the only one from Miami getting hit with 30 days

No excuses, you coastal losers—this isn't about Liverpool FC or the Black Knights, but almost every OLDER guy I know backs the Black Knights and everything they've been doing lately...
absolute trash 🙂🎉

Data privacy laws exist, right? And who sets the criteria for the FBI when it comes to pulling people in? Even if you’re looking at the biggest powerhouse in the league, say Real Madrid, where does anyone get the right to detain a guy if there isn't a warrant or some kind of restraining order out on him???
🙂
This post is just pure absurdity... I honestly don't see any logic here, nor do I see any legal basis for these kinds of actions! I mean, even if you actually killed someone, once you've served your sentence (or your ban in our football world), nobody has the right to mess with you anymore!
Matthew Foster8 said:It would be a miracle if this didn't happen... ranging from those fake fans who don't care about Liverpool FC at all, to the clueless idiots, down to the trolls who just live to cause trouble.
And the reality is, any other group would have a much easier time pulling this off than the Black Knights.
It’s been a long road for a group to reach this level. I’ve always been pretty skeptical about most things, but right now, the Black Knights are living through their greatest era since the glory days of the 80s.
Bringing 2,000 people into New York City on a Wednesday—a workday—just three days after the season ends, only to be kicked out by the police because of some fan activity? Knowing full well a certain crowd will spend the next few days talking trash about us? Only strong people and truly powerful groups can handle that. This is one of the biggest moments for both the Black Knights and the entire American supporter movement.
The last time I walked through New York City like this was over 23 years ago, before the war, and I honestly don't think I'll ever feel it again. You can actually sense that same atmosphere now. They fell back then, and these guys will fall too.

Data privacy, right? Who actually sets the criteria for the FBI to pull people in? Like, even if you're the biggest Real Madrid fan on the planet, where does anyone get the right to detain a guy if he hasn't been flagged or banned???

I honestly thought things were shifting in NYC and that people weren't backing him anymore... but clearly, everyone's just stressed out and looking for a handout. As long as we got our fix, they don't care. It’s insane how many of them there actually are.
Noah Moore67 said:Three of our guys were picked up by the cops this past Sunday in NYC along with the boys... they got hauled off to Brooklyn for a month of investigative detention, and honestly, nobody even knows the reason why... I'm reaching out to anyone in charge or anyone who might have some intel on what's happening with our people—please post an update... also, if we need to pull together for legal aid or financial support, let me know so we can get organized... shoot me the names and any other details via DM... I seriously can't believe no one is saying anything about our guys anywhere!!!🤷

Anyway, I seriously can't stand those posts asking "well, who was actually there?" or "the group decided this." Like, man, if we're acting like the Ultras, if the crew showed up and the collective call was to head out in 15 minutes, why the hell are we even debating it now?🤷 Look, the Ultras have never been a monolith—and they don't need to be—but if the group decides we're moving, we're moving. Period. We went, and that's that.🙂
Taylor Morales2 said:Just some local guys from my neighborhood—not even hardcore fans, just regular supporters—ended up in the wrong place at the exact wrong time.... The cops were out that night just looking for excuses to crack skulls with batons the second they spotted any group of guys standing together.🙂
