If they had actually stuck to the deal with Russia, we wouldn't be in this mess. But... 🤮

Well, let them take pride in the fact that they managed to claim him—a group with arguably the most intense fan culture in all of Europe. They certainly have a powerful narrative, and even more impressive gear to back it up.

Basically, grabbing some signs isn't even a big deal.

When you've got the most legendary fan culture in all of Europe. ☕

like some damn nonsense here, and even among the die-hard fans, there is 🙏
a great message here 👍 March 22, 2013

"A great message," he says. Really?! 🙂🙂

Calling this a "great message" following everything that happened in Warsaw is a massive oxymoron. Honestly, if you look at it from the other side, it would probably be just as absurd... we’re being hypocrites and we should just admit it openly 🤷. We act like we're pouring out this fake morality and patriotism... one group, another group, third, fourth, fifth... it's all just a staged performance, if we can even call the fan scene that anymore...
It’s like we’re trying to play both sides of the fence at once 🤷... one minute we're acting like tough guys with bats and telescopic sticks on Sunday, and then by Friday we're acting like, "Hey man, how's it going? That was a wild time on Sunday, my bones are a little sore, but hey, kudos to our crew after we totally shut those guys down..."
It’s enough to make you sick 🙂

The whole message following this incident—especially considering what happened in Warsaw—is a massive oxymoron. Honestly, if you flip it around, the sentiment remains the same... we're all just hypocrites and let's be real about it 🤷, those self-appointed guardians of fake morality and patriotism... one group, another group, third, fourth, fifth... it's all just a staged performance, assuming we can even call it a die-hard fan scene anymore...
It’s like they want to play both sides of the fence at once 🤷... one minute we're supposed to be tough guys out there with bats and binoculars, and the next, by Friday, we're meant to be acting all casual—you know, like, "Hey man, how's it going? That action on Sunday was pretty wild, my joints are a little sore, but hey, shout out to the crew after we totally wrecked those guys..."
It’s enough to make you lose your mind 🙂

I mean, what kind of fan culture would it even be without this kind of chaos??

I think you’re overstating things a bit, Brandon Wilson14. I mean, if we aren't supposed to show mutual respect while our clubs are playing and we're out there carrying banners and wearing our colors, then the whole fan culture loses its purpose, doesn't it? 🤷

Losing a banner really cuts deep for a group, especially for the specific crew carrying it. Whether they’re from Warsaw or anywhere else, on that day, they represent the Black Knights, and they have a responsibility to protect their gear. It’s a shame this happened just a few days before the big game against the Americans, but honestly, I feel like it just reflects poorly on those specific fans—and I say that with respect, because traveling all those miles just to support the Los Angeles Dodgers is a massive commitment. This should be a hard lesson for them; next time, they'll know how to handle themselves better.

At the end of the day, the true strength of any supporter scene is measured by our ability to stand united when the national team plays, regardless of whatever drama went down five days ago when Blaž got into it with Matt. I mean, if Matt has the guts, he'll be ready to settle the score with Blaž next time. It isn't about being best friends or hugging it out; it's just about not attacking one another during international play and keeping club rivalries separate from the national team. There's no complex philosophy to it. You always get a chance at redemption because, thank God, there are club games every single weekend, providing endless opportunities for payback—it just comes down to willpower and having the nerve. If you don't have the guts to defend your banner or push back if someone tries to take it, then maybe you shouldn't be carrying it in the first place. I don't see the issue. 🤷

Then again, there is the matter of us having thirty members while they only have three. ☕

Same old story. He'll carry that weight alone if he has to—he'll lug it around until he's blue in the face. At that point, you can't even call it an egotrip anymore. What else would you call it?

granitemarlin83 said:It’s always the same pattern. He’ll carry her through hell and high water just to prove he can, and he'll keep doing it. At that point, you have to ask yourself: is it even an ego trip anymore, or is it something else entirely?

You're absolutely right, and frankly, that is the core issue in this entire situation. Meanwhile, what Brandon Wilson14 is rambling about is completely irrelevant.

I can see where both sides are coming from, more or less...

Like someone else mentioned earlier—I mean, what kind of fan culture would it even be without those kinds of intense moments? I get the whole "die-hard" side of things...

But honestly, when you're talking about Warsaw and the people who live there, I think we all have a responsibility to be a bit more sensitive—to be more thoughtful and maybe think twice before jumping in...

The banner specifically names a city that stood its ground against an invasion of our own country, a place that paid one of the highest prices imaginable for the freedom we have today...

🤷

At the very least, if that really was the case, I hope it stays just that—nothing more than a pure, localized clash between rival fans...

Just my two cents...

I honestly think people should thank the hooligans for taking down those banners. It would be a total disgrace if they had been snatched by some brave little kids waiting in line at a local convenience store.🤷

You can love being an NFL fan and walk miles to support the team, but carrying around a giant banner isn't for everyone. There's no point in repeating myself. 😉

Honestly, it doesn't even matter which specific group was carrying that sign—because when you see all those photos popping up on Facebook, random forums, and news sites where people are proudly holding their banners up...
a sign might as well be shoved into an exhaust pipe if there isn't a single soul around to protect it... but hey, to each their own, I guess.
That damn local news outlet from near the stadium will just dump twenty different photos online without even bothering to check which banner belongs to whom.
Some folks actually end up regretting it because their photos get seen by the entire country on Facebook, so they keep their profiles locked down, yet they still go ahead and post a million shots like this one...

I honestly feel like the message from those NFL fans in San Diego was way more meaningful than all this constant bringing up of Warsaw... especially when you consider the timing is just completely off 🙄

You can love a team like die-hard NFL fans and walk miles just to see them play, but carrying a banner isn't for everyone. Why do we even need to keep saying this? 😉

People already said thanks. No point in repeating ourselves.
But absolutely—better them than those local thugs.

And the other thing... you wouldn't believe it, but apparently, some people just won't learn. Does everything really have to go completely off the rails before things get back to normal?!?!
