Best headphones under $40?

Hey everyone!
So, I’m looking for some decent headphones, ideally under $83 (on-ear)
Before anyone starts lecturing me about how you can't get high-end professional gear at this price point—trust me, I know the deal.
I'm just hunting for something that offers great value; basically a solid best buy.

I've done some digging myself, but I'm stuck between a few options.

SONY MDR-V150 - everyone seems to say these are a steal for the price.

Sony MDR-ZX100 - a bit more expensive, though apparently not much better than the first pair.

PHILIPS SHG7210/10 and PHILIPS SHL9500

Sony MDR-MA102TV - these caught my eye most because of how I'd use them; mostly for movies and shows, and secondarily for music.

Does anyone own any of these? Any thoughts on how they actually perform?
Open to other suggestions too. 🙂

I’ve got my hands on these and honestly, I couldn't be happier with them. I've been using them primarily for my PC setup.

I honestly don't get why anyone would be trashing you... I mean, I paid my fair share $17 and all I got was a five-foot cable, which, frankly, I'm perfectly fine with. haha

Either grab some used Sennheisers on Marketplace $33 or just bite the bullet and save up for a brand-new pair. If you're looking for a budget alternative, you could always snag some Audio-Technica ATH-M50x on eBay for maybe fifty bucks or so.
