Just an update: my surgery (DG HAL + laser reduction for internal hemorrhoids) in Germany went smoothly. Had an incredibly positive experience with the specialist—super professional, direct, quick to communicate, answered every single question... honestly, top-tier. The clinic was solid too. It’s day 4 now; the intense pain was really only there on day 1. Too early for any final conclusions, so I won't get ahead of myself, but everything looks great so far. If anyone wants the details, shoot me a PM. Good luck to everyone.

James Kern11, you need to go see a proctologist. There's really no other smart way to play this...

Scott Martin51 said:Do hemorrhoids actually disappear completely, or is Hemosens just meant to ease the symptoms (swelling, pain, bleeding, etc.)?

Hey everyone,

After battling hemorrhoids for years, I finally managed to kick them for good. Seriously, I tried everything under the sun—from every medication you can think of to random supplements. Every single time, they’d either come right back or the relief would be super temporary. Then I picked up some Hemosens and actually felt something working for once. For me, they're totally gone. My situation was bad enough that I was looking at surgery, but I actually managed to dodge the knife thanks to Hemosens.

It’ll make its comeback eventually... But if it’s working for you right now, there's no reason not to use it...

Honestly, I tried everything under the sun—from various medications to all sorts of supplements—but it was always the same story: either they’d come right back, or I’d just get some temporary relief from the symptoms. Then I tried Hemosens, and for once, a product actually did what it promised. My hemorrhoids are completely gone now. They were actually bad enough that I was looking at surgery, but I managed to fix the issue using Hemosens.

How effective is it for internal hemorrhoids?

Also, how do you actually apply it? Does it come with an applicator for internal use, or is it just for external application while still working internally?

Where can I pick up some Hemosens, and what’s the damage to my wallet?
Anyone here actually used that LION-M cream? Looking for some real feedback.

I need some advice. I developed an external hemorrhoid about six months ago. It was just one, so I ignored it. Every once in a while it would get inflamed, but then it would clear up in two days. Well, two weeks ago, suddenly I have three or four of them. I can't even count how many there are. The pain was absolutely hellish. The pain eventually stopped, but they're still there, just hanging there like extra skin. My appointment with a specialist isn't for another three months. What am I supposed to do until then? There’s no bleeding, and my bowel movements aren't hard. I’ve never had any issues with my digestion before. I've been using various ointments, but I don't see any real change. What does a specialist exam actually look like? Is it enough if they just take a look? I'm 27. Thanks.

Jerry Adams6 said:Hey everyone,

I’ve been fighting hemorrhoids for years. Seriously, for years. I tried everything under the sun—every over-the-counter cream, every supplement, every "miracle" remedy you can find on a drugstore shelf. It was a cycle. Either they’d come right back after a week, or I’d just get some temporary relief while the actual problem stayed exactly where it was. Total waste of money. Then I finally picked up Hemosens. And honestly? For once, something actually worked. Not just "made it feel better," but actually worked. My hemorrhoids are completely gone now. To be blunt, my situation had gotten bad enough that a surgeon was already talking to me about an operation, but I managed to dodge the knife thanks to Hemosens. It really did the job.

What are you, some kind of door-to-door salesman? You’re out here peddling everything under the sun... one minute it's these miracle erectile dysfunction pills that supposedly flip your whole life upside down after just one dose, then suddenly, after trying Hemosens, your entire existence is transformed. It's funny how that works. Real funny. Because I've been scouring this entire forum, and strangely enough, I can't find a single damn thing about Hemosens anywhere. Not a word.

It’s been a while since you posted—did you ever actually get that situation sorted out? Just as a side note, I went through the exact same thing myself. Honestly, I found a way to fix it that was a lot less dramatic than just giving up on everything, and eventually, things just clicked into place. A few years back, when I was dealing with this mess, I actually called my uncle over in Germany to see if there was anything available outside of the States that might help me out. He told me he could bring me some kind of natural supplement capsules he’d been using. He ended up bringing me some Durasan. They weren't even available here at the time, but looking lately, it seems like they’ve finally started selling them around here too.
My drive used to be all over the place—one minute I’m up, the next I’m totally flatlined. It felt like something was constantly throwing me off balance, though I couldn't quite put my finger on what it was. I figured it was just lingering baggage from my ex after that long-term relationship ended. But honestly? Once I started taking Durasan and actually moved on, things shifted completely. My libido didn't just come back; it exploded. I went from nothing to being able to go three times in a single night. Just one capsule and I had this intense craving that lasted for days.
Yeah, after that whole ordeal, the anxiety about approaching girls just completely vanished. I knew for a fact I wouldn't be dealing with that "not getting an erection" thing ever again. I eventually met someone else—we're still together now—and honestly, the performance issues are totally gone. I still take Durasan every once in a while, though. It’s more for the sport of it at this point, especially when my girlfriend and I decide to lock ourselves in the room all weekend and just stay in.

I've tried both Almeu and Durasan myself. Honestly, they're both solid, but if I were in your shoes, I'd personally go with Durasan. It just hits harder.

Until I happened to read through this thread just now, I was entirely unaware that a company called Hemosens even existed. Has anyone here actually had the opportunity to test their products?

Could one perhaps describe this as being similar to pilex?

hollowfalcon49 said:What exactly is something like Pilex?

Pilex is just capsules, while Hemosens comes as both capsules and a gel. These hemorrhoids are driving me absolutely insane... Just when I think I've finally cleared them up, they come right back. Honestly, I'm starting to feel like nothing works long-term unless you go under the knife, but surgery is something I'm terrified of, so that's just not an option for me. In my experience, Hemosens is decent if you need some quick relief, but as far as a permanent fix goes, I'm really not sure what else is out there...

In my opinion, Hemosens is great if you need quick relief, but as for a permanent solution, I'm at a loss.

Hmm... is surgery truly a permanent fix? Sometimes even surgery isn't a long-term solution; I underwent the procedure two years ago, and yet, here they are again. 😠😠

Currently, I am spending my time studying and reading through various ingredient lists. I am searching for a specific component that might be effective enough to take regularly to prevent these hemorrhoids from ever returning. Since my issues are internal, I find myself focusing more heavily on these tablets.

Hmm, yes. From what I can gather, Pilex contains three ingredients, while Hemosens contains seven.
pilex—NEEM, NAGKESAR, BARBERRY
hemosens—WITCH HAZEL, CITRUS BIOFLAVONOIDS, GINGER, BILBERRY, ALOE VERA, AVENA SATIVA, AND MYROXYLON BALSAM.

Alright, I am somewhat familiar with the ingredients in Hemosens—one hardly needs to explain the benefits of Aloe Vera, as its efficacy is widely recognized—but does anyone happen to know more about the components found in Pilex?

As for a lasting solution, we all realize that changing one's diet and lifestyle is the key. But how can I possibly alter my habits when I work as a professional driver and spend endless hours sitting?

The one with seven ingredients sounds more like a serious product to me. I've been dealing with pretty constant issues for years now. Surgery is out of the question for me, so I'm basically stuck testing different products and hoping one actually hits the mark. I tried Pilex, but unfortunately Dag-Hal-Rar, it didn't do anything for me. So, I'm left trying Hemosens. Does anyone have more info on this one? Has it worked for anyone else, and does it actually do what their website claims? Also, how fast would it get here if I order directly from their site? Most importantly, how is it packaged? Discretion is everything to me.

I've just had these things flare up recently, and man, the sheer awkwardness of walking into a local pharmacy and asking the pharmacist for hemorrhoid cream is just too much for me to handle. I'd much rather just order something online and be done with it. What do you guys think is best to grab? Should I go for an ointment, a gel, some capsules, or maybe just go all out and get the whole expensive kit? And what exactly is the deal with Hemosens—is it an all-in-one kind of thing?

And what’s the deal with this Hemosens stuff—is it one thing or both?

Look, my advice? Go see a proctologist so they can tell you for sure if that’s actually what you're dealing with. You can hit up Mercury; I was there myself recently. Yeah, it’s a little uncomfortable, but trust me, plenty of younger people show up for the same reason, so it’s totally normal at that facility... If money isn't an issue, seeing a private specialist is probably your best bet $167 because the public hospitals are always backed up and they don't exactly have all day to sit around answering your questions. Personally, I'm heading over to the Butterfly clinic today to pick a doctor's brain about everything...
I've tried pretty much everything under the sun, and honestly, nothing really did much for me. Diet is huge. Maybe try some Procten tablets or St. John's Wort oil—that seemed to help me quite a bit, and you can grab it at CVS....

Hey, I really need some advice here. I haven't dealt with anything like this before, so I'm wondering if I'm actually dealing with hemorrhoids.
For about a month and a half now, I've been struggling with constipation, which means a lot of straining. Plus, I spend way too much time sitting down, and I'm often out in the cold... all the perfect conditions for this stuff to happen.
Then, about 20 days ago, I noticed some redness down there. It stings quite a bit and itches, too. I also spotted two little dark spots, maybe 2mm each. At first, I thought they were just bits of stool left behind, but they won't wipe off and they sting a little.
Also, when I go to the bathroom, I feel a stinging sensation in one specific spot internally.
I've been using Preparation H for five days now. The stinging has calmed down a bit, but the redness isn't going away.
Is this definitely hemorrhoids? I’m trying to figure out if I can skip the doctor if I don't have to. If I do go, what's the deal—can a regular GP even look at this, or will they just tell me to buy some cream? And honestly, is there any cream better than Preparation H?
Thanks

steelmaker14, could easily be hemorrhoids, but go see a decent specialist for an actual diagnosis and treatment. Always the smartest move... 😉

Well, it’s obviously hemorrhoids—what else would it be!?
My advice? Grab some Preparation H (or whatever brand you can find at Walgreens), start loading up on fiber, cut back on the red meat, and drink way more water.
If those spots are really bothering you, go see a specialist, but I highly doubt they carry any deeper significance. If there's a stinging sensation, you're probably just dealing with some minor skin fissures.

With Pilex, you can usually expect at least a ten-month stretch of silence from any side effects... personally, I’ve had a solid year of peace. I’m about to start a new round of Pilex now, and I’m just keeping my fingers crossed that the old issues don't decide to make a comeback.

Do you get where I'm coming from, Steven Hernandez14? There’s just this massive awkwardness about actually walking up to someone and telling them straight to their face that you're dealing with hemorrhoids.
I mean, I haven't really had issues with this kind of thing before, but lately, I've been feeling pretty stressed out, and now, out of nowhere, this has popped up.
And honestly, it isn't such a huge emergency that I need to go sprinting off to my doctor or one of those expensive private clinics right this second. They aren't exactly close by either—you've got the drive, the costs, having to take a day off work... it adds up. I appreciate the advice, truly, but for now, I'd much rather try some other options before I have to look a professional in the eye and admit I've got hemorrhoids. I was just wondering what specifically I should be looking for? I know there are all those ointments and things, but I've been doing a little digging, and people seem to say you really need to address the root cause through your diet, rather than just masking the discomfort with creams. It looks like this Hemosens stuff has ingredients that actually help with digestion, plus you get a gel to provide some immediate relief.
