Has anyone here actually tried HemoMax or those Hemero protect capsules?
They’re priced at up to $100, and honestly, I'm stuck on which one to pick.
The ointment hasn't done much for me—I've just been using Sudocrem to take the edge off the itching.

Trust me, you won't regret it.

This was the only thing that actually worked for me. If you're dealing with blood issues, capsules and ointment are the only way to go when you use them together.

Hi there!
I’m looking for some advice regarding these growths—I’m not entirely sure what the correct medical term is. A few years back, I was dealing with constant issues involving constipation, internal hemorrhoids, and bleeding. I eventually managed to sort all of that out by overhauling my diet, and I haven't had any issues with bowel movements or bleeding for about a year now. However, I’ve noticed two small, soft growths, roughly 3 mm in size, right at the anal opening. They don't feel like hemorrhoids. After doing some digging on Google, I came across the possibility that they might be skin tags or anal papillae. Given that my regular Pap tests have always come back completely clear with no suspicious changes suggesting HPV... I’m leaning towards them being skin tags. They aren't causing me any discomfort or irritation, but I am wondering what the next steps should be. Are they dangerous? And if they really are skin tags, how should they be treated?

Hey there,
So, yesterday afternoon I spent about two hours sitting on this pretty hard surface—it was basically a wooden bench. It wasn't exactly comfortable, so I was trying my best to find a way to nestle in and get cozy. Today, I’m feeling a bit of tension in the rectal area, but nothing else is going on... no bleeding when I go to the bathroom or anything like that. I haven't had hemorrhoids for very long, even though I used to sit for 3 or 4 hours at a time back in the day, but it wasn't on seats this unforgiving. In the past, they were only ever triggered by cycling—you know, riding on those hard saddles. I've never had issues from lifting weights or just general sitting...

Is it actually possible to trigger hemorrhoids just from sitting on a hard wooden bench for two hours?
Usually, people list prolonged sitting as one of the main causes, but I'm not really sure what "prolonged" actually means in practice: is it 2, 4, 6, or maybe 10 hours?

They go for up to $100 and I'm stuck deciding which one to grab.
Ointment isn't doing squat, so I've just been using Vaseline to deal with the itching.

For me, HYDROCYCLIN works wonders. You can't find it here in the States, but you can pick it up in Mexico or Canada. It’s a lifesaver, just don't overdo it. My old doctor swore by it, and honestly, I remember this cream from when I was a kid. Just make sure to apply some jojoba oil after you wash up...

Just checking in after my second surgery; I feel absolutely light as an airmail plane right now.😁
Now, I have one specific question on my mind: when can I actually start exercising again and head back to the gym? Just to be clear, I won't be lifting any heavy weights...
Has anyone here gone through a similar procedure and managed to get back into a workout routine?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me out here. I’ve been taking Detralex for about a month and a half now, but I'm seeing absolutely zero progress. My doctor prescribed one tablet in the morning and one at night, but the actual instructions on the packaging say to take 6 tablets a day for the first few days, then 4 tablets a day for the next several days. I decided to follow my doctor's orders instead of the package directions, and nothing has changed. To make matters worse, my primary doctor is currently out on medical leave, so I can't get her advice. I did ask the replacement doctor—she's pretty young—and she just told me to stick with the two-a-day routine, but I feel like I'm getting nowhere. Is it okay if I switch to following the prescription instructions instead? I don't have anyone else to turn to. I really believe my regular doctor would have given me much better guidance than this new one. If anyone has dealt with a similar situation, I’d be super grateful for some help.

My doctor prescribed it at a dosage of just one pill in the morning and one in the evening, even though the package instructions say you should take six tablets a day for the first few days, followed by four tablets a day for several more. Well, I decided to follow her orders instead of the leaflet, and so far, there hasn't been any improvement at all. To make matters worse, my primary doctor is currently out on medical leave, so I can't reach her for advice. I did check in with the substitute physician—she's quite young—and she told me to just stick with the two pills a day, but again, nothing is changing. Is it okay if I switch over to what the prescription instructions actually suggest? I really have no one else to turn to, and I truly believe my regular doctor would have given me much better guidance than this younger doctor... so if anyone has dealt with a similar situation, I would be incredibly grateful for your help.

Tell the doctor she clearly doesn't have a clue.🙂
Basically, you should take Detralex according to the instructions—two tablets three times a day—until you start seeing some actual improvement, and only then do you scale back the dose.

Yeah, I saw that in the instructions. So, what should my next move be? Can I start following the dosage on the label starting tomorrow? Up until now, I've only been taking two a day.

Yes, starting tomorrow, go ahead and proceed exactly as outlined in the instructions.

Look, let me comfort you a bit—I’ve got a fissure and hemorrhoids, so trust me, this is a total nightmare.
Karen Adams2 said:If you actually find that... I'll sign the house over to you.🙏
I first dealt with this about 10 years ago. My job back then was just constant damn walking from one machine to another, so there wasn't any sitting or standing involved that people usually blame. My digestion was regular—actually, maybe even too regular if you ask me😉—so that couldn't have been the cause either. And I only weighed 120 lbs, so being overweight definitely wasn't it.
I hit the gym every day and went to weight training three times a week (didn't lift heavy, so I guess we can rule out intense strain), ate home-cooked meals daily, tons of fruit and veggies, and mostly avoided bread.
And you want to know what kind of hemorrhoids I had? The kind where blood was literally gushing out every single time I had a damn bowel movement—which happened 2 or 3 times a day (what can I say, I eat like that, so I go like that😁). I ended up right on the edge of anemia because of the daily bleeding.
Eventually, I went in for laser cauterization. You need three sessions, but I ended up doing six (six people, seriously!!!)🙏. I had peace for about 10 years, and then a month ago, it hit me so hard I couldn't even get out of bed... went back to the doctor and, yeah... looks like it might finally be time for surgery. If you ask me, I’d cut off half my ass just to make this stop driving me crazy.
And it's always that same question: why, why, why? For God's sake, if I only knew what I was doing wrong, I wouldn't do it anymore!
My quality of life is trashed again... my whole existence has basically shrunk down to eating, lying around, pooping, washing, and applying cream.🤦

Hello,

I could really use some advice before I take my next step, so I wanted to lay out my story briefly to give you all some context.

Two years ago, I went through a rough patch with some antibiotics that my body just couldn't handle, and it ended up causing my chemical levels to spike to stage three. Everything else has stayed pretty much within the normal range since then—usually, the only times things fluctuate is when I'm dealing with too much caffeine, high stress, or just living a generally disorganized lifestyle. Whenever that happens, I usually manage to get everything back on track fairly quickly.

Once you hit stage three, everything starts to slide backward. Your quality of life takes a massive hit because you’re constantly playing a mental game of chicken with your own body, wondering exactly when that urgent need to find a restroom is going to strike. It’s this persistent, nagging sensation that forces you to rush to the bathroom, only to end up feeling completely empty once you get there. You become tethered to your own home; you have to shower immediately after, and heaven forbid you find yourself stuck on a flight, at a restaurant, or anywhere else far from your own sanctuary. And once the shower is done, it's just straight to bed, waiting for the medication to slowly kick back in and settle your system.
And just like that, it's the same damn thing every single day.

I used Pilex to keep things under control—it really helped manage the bleeding and kept the pain at bay. However, I find myself needing a new course every six to eight months to stay on top of it.

I really need to start a new course of Pilex right about now. That uncomfortable sensation is creeping back, and honestly, I’ve had enough of a lifestyle that revolves around trying to get hemorrhoids to settle down. At this point, I'm genuinely ready to just go in for a checkup and deal with the surgery once and for all.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a top-tier specialist and a reliable clinic? To be honest, budget isn't my primary concern here—I just want to make sure everything goes as smoothly and professionally as possible.
I've been reading quite a bit of positive feedback regarding Lastric. Has anyone here actually had any experience with them?

Is it possible for me to qualify for the third stage of the HAL RAR, or is that opportunity strictly reserved for the "lucky ones" who make it through the second?
Does Lastric offer the hal rar service, or is it strictly limited to MM? I couldn't find any mention of hal rar in the pricing listed on his website.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Feel free to send them my way via private message.

Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,
I’ll get straight to the point. I have been living in level 4 misery for 365 days out of the last 10 years. I’ve tried every alternative under the sun, and nothing works. All my medical tests came back clear. I even had a ligation procedure done at Sunce Clinic Zenica, but it was like it never happened—plus, they did it four years ago without anesthesia, so you can imagine how pleasant that was.
I am looking for a clinic recommendation that can actually help me and end this suffering once and for all if at all possible. I am willing to travel anywhere in the US, Canada, or Mexico. I just need experts who can finally put an end to this.
Michael Diaz4, please help!!!

I can't believe this, I'm freaking out too—just went to the bathroom and saw pink on the toilet paper 😠. Now it’s stinging constantly, I am losing my mind.

For me, it pops up every once in a while after sex😁

Just kidding—for me, the hemorrhoid issue is more intermittent, usually triggered by doing some heavy lifting at work or just from overusing toilet paper. Because of that second part, I’ve made it a habit over the years that whenever I have a particularly big bathroom moment, I make sure to rinse things off with a cold shower. It really helps. If I'm heading out somewhere, I always make sure to pack some wet wipes just in case. To make a long story short, a cold—or even almost ice-cold—shower spray has always been my go-to for calming down any inflammation.

At first, I was just dealing with this persistent itching, and it wasn't until I actually felt something off and did a quick Google search that I realized I was likely looking at hemorrhoids.
I haven't really changed my routine much—just kept up with regular washing and picked up some herbal tea, though I didn't get around to trying the tea yet.
Fast forward about a month, and things finally started to settle down.
I'm guessing it probably comes down to sitting too much, because everything else seems fine; my diet is okay, I stay active, though I suppose I have been running a bit more than usual lately.

About 6 days ago in Washington, D.C., I had a procedure at a private clinic for some stage 2 hemorrhoids plus a prolapse. Everything seems to be going according to plan, I guess, except for this incredibly intense pain right at the start when I’m passing stool... even though the stool itself is pretty soft. Did any of you guys deal with this after having hemorrhoid surgery? And how many more days am I stuck with this? It's honestly brutal. I've been taking Advil Forte every 6 hours, which helps okay when I'm not actually on the toilet.
