It just seems to me that whenever discussions touch on Catholic doctrine or core beliefs, they become the primary target for trolls and bait posts. Whether it’s due to genuine ignorance or something more calculated, it's a pattern...
My suggestion was simply that creating one specific thread, or perhaps a few, might help manage this issue, which hasn't really improved despite all our efforts so far. That's all. 🙂

That’s how Agatha interpreted it, too (as did I). Having a massive pile of top threads at the top makes things messy in general. Plus, given how fragmented Protestant Christianity is, Catholic doctrine often gets "drowned out" because Protestant groups—or aggressive secularists—constantly jump in to correct or debate a faith that they already view as overly rigid or closed off. 🙂

Anyway, we'll just have to see how this plays out.
