Man, I was just thinking about how back in the day, we used to play that game "Telephone." You know, just a small group of maybe seven or eight people, one whispers something—like, "It started raining"—to the next person, and it travels down the line until the last person says it out loud, and usually, it turns into something totally ridiculous, like "The mouse died." We’d all just lose it laughing because of how much it changed. But as you get older, you realize life actually works exactly like that game. It's like what we've been seeing with the Miami team lately; everyone is playing Telephone. Everyone thinks they know what's going on, everyone’s guessing, and everyone acts like an expert during these massive arguments, but honestly? Nobody has a clue. My advice? Just don't comment on things if you don't actually know what's happening. There's this old saying from Jerry Maguire that fits perfectly right now: "Word on the street in Miami is that you're all passing smoke under the table." That goes for the folks acting like geniuses regarding the management over at McDonald's when they really only have a high school vocational degree, like being an auto mechanic or something.

Morgan Sanchez64, you made some good points, but I think you're overlooking one major issue. The whole point of this San Francisco thread is the Raiders Nation, so everyone has every right to comment on those prominent figures who pour their entire souls into the group and start pushing revolutionary ideas after just a season or two in the stands. People should be able to criticize whoever they want. Honestly, it makes me a little sad; I feel much more at home when there were thirty of us from the Mediterranean Coast traveling to away games compared to how things are today.

If people are being smart about this, they'll see the underlying point. What we have now didn't just appear out of thin air, but the real problem is that people don't realize how many enemies we actually face. In my opinion, we're our own worst enemy!
