Wireless webcam recommendations?

Question for Benjamin King2 and the rest of you. I need a wireless webcam. I can't run any cables through the walls of my room, so I need something cordless. Is there just a camera and some kind of USB dongle that plugs straight into the PC? Does that actually exist?

I saw this on eBay for a decent price, but does it actually work without any wires, or is it still tethered? Check this out

What kind of cables are you talking about being unable to run into the room? One single USB cable? Honestly—wireless webcams send their signal straight to the router anyway.

Look, Tesla clearly hasn't mastered wireless power transfer yet, damn it... and since we haven't invented nano-nuclear tech, you're still stuck pulling juice from the wall via a cable. 😁
