So, this is basically the HOO network.
It covers all kinds of sports, especially the non-commercial stuff you usually can't find anywhere else.
That means we won't just be stuck watching random foreign games, but we'll actually see our local teams too—even the ones where the broadcast rights are crazy expensive, like Dynamo...
I'm actually a fan of this idea, since it makes a lot more sports accessible without breaking the bank.
Especially since NBC isn't exactly doing its job properly lately...

Look, I agree we need to prioritize American sports, but nobody’s complaining about adding more exciting leagues and sports to the mix (like the NBA, NHL, and stuff like that)... especially since NBC won't step up and buy the rights.

I haven't been able to catch anything since 5:00 PM, so I’m asking if anyone can fill me in—is there anything else scheduled for today, and what does the lineup look like for tomorrow?🙂

Look, I’m a Dynamo fan, but honestly, I’m just completely fed up with this club—on TV, in the news, everywhere.

I tune into a game and there's Dynamo. I pick up an issue of SN and the cover is screaming about Vaha or Mamić or some random player.

I open any news site and it’s all Dynamo, Mamić, Badelj, this guy, that guy.

Maybe that's why I don't really bother reading anything about the team anymore.

It's just Dynamo, Dynamo, Dynamo, Dynamo, Dynamo...

Man, if only they’d actually broadcast Dinamo... imagine if they were on NBC for like 80% of the games instead of hiding them away.☕

Tomorrow is the Cibalia-Varaždin Cup semi-final. As for anything else... I couldn't say...🤷

Everyone loves money, so I wouldn't exactly bet my life savings that a sports network is going to stay non-commercial forever—but hey, it’s good they finally got it off the ground.

The folks over at HOO say they're purely commercial, but they'll probably lean way harder into domestic sports.

I just caught some Alkar vs. Zadar action, and man, their commentator is solid. Way better than the guy on NBC covering the Champions League. Honestly, I'm already digging this channel, and they've barely even started. 👍

I’m hoping they pick up the Tour de France—watching Kišerlovski chase that yellow jersey would be enough to fill my schedule with four or five hours of daily coverage for those three weeks.

So, does anyone know if there’s actually anything written online about the specific frequency this TV station is broadcasting on? I really hope it isn't true that I have to go through the whole tedious process of rescanning every single channel again, only to spend my afternoon manually rearranging the lineup just to get it back to a sequence that actually makes sense to me.

It honestly feels surreal that you can find hundreds of identical articles floating around the web all talking about how this sports network is launching its broadcast today, yet not a single one of them bothers to include a solitary piece of useful data regarding the actual frequency.

It’s enough to drive a person absolutely insane, seriously! 😠

That was exactly my experience. After I did it, DomaTV and RTL2 just vanished from my lineup.

I managed to pick up SPTV and CMC, though. So I gave the scanner another go—didn't work at first, but luckily, the third time was the charm...

Is there some kind of scanner that can just make DomaTV and RTL2 vanish forever? 😁

Good grief, this is a channel for American sports, not the NBA, NHL, or KURAC-PALAC.

This programming is dedicated to: American basketball, volleyball, water polo, weightlifting, rowing, rugby, darts, show jumping, youth leagues, and everything else tied to American sports.

Just get it through your heads and take your demands for the NHL, NBA, ESPN, and all that other KURAC-PALAC nonsense elsewhere.

Wait, I honestly can't find any trace of that local cable provider anywhere... I don't have Comcast or DirecTV or anything, just my basic receiver. Can someone please explain what's going on here?
