Moderators, if there’s already a thread for this kind of thing, please feel free to move this where it belongs πŸ™‚

So, here's the situation. On Saturday, I had a splint applied to my left armβ€”likely for some tendon issue or something along those linesβ€”and now the thing is incredibly loose. It’s basically acting like a glove; I can just slide it right off. Should I be heading back to the hospital to get it tightened up, or is it better to just sit tight until my follow-up appointment? I’ll be honest, I’m a bit out of my element here; this is my first time dealing with a splint, so I’d really appreciate some insight from anyone who's been through this. πŸ™‚ thanks

So, I got a Longeta put on my left arm this past Saturday (pretty sure it's a tendon issue or something) and now the thing is way too loose. Like, I can basically slide it off like a glove. Should I head back to the hospital to get it fixed right away, or just wait until my follow-up appointment? Honestly, I'm a total newbie when it comes to wearing these things, so I'd really appreciate some advice. πŸ™‚ thanks!

That Longeta shouldn't be loose at all. You should probably head back to the hospital.

You should probably head down to the mechanic to get that looked atβ€”it shouldn't be that loose, honestly.
