I don't see how rubbing your butt is even remotely related to rubbing between your toes? 🤔
There is a massive difference between someone dealing with mild irritation and someone facing fourth-stage hemorrhoids. So go ahead, tell someone suffering from stage four to just slather on some random cream while they're at it—and hey, why not rub it between your toes too? Wow, brilliant idea!
Most people posting here looking for advice are usually in situations where they actually need to see a specialist and undergo a medical procedure.

Exactly. ☕

I finally found a hemorrhoid treatment that actually works. BINGO.
I’ve dealt with them since having my baby six years ago, and honestly, they weren't even an issue until two months ago. I just noticed a little swelling here and there. But then, out of nowhere, they flared up—it was absolute agony. I was at my breaking point. I actually had to take two days off work because the pain was so debilitating. After ten days of pure misery, the pain subsided slightly, but the situation still felt far from resolved. I spent hours scouring internet forums. I tried everything: Fact, Heparin, Galenski Laboratory Cream, but nothing gave me anything beyond mediocre or zero results. I wasn't even embarrassed to ask my friends about it, hoping someone might have some insight. It’s surprising how many people you know who have dealt with hemorrhoids or have someone close to them who has. Then, five days ago, a friend shared this specific remedy with me:
HEMOROID TREATMENT
Take some makeup remover pads (or even small cotton cloths) and soak them in water, but don't let them get so wet that they're dripping. Lay about 5 or 6 of them on some plastic wrap, cover them with more plastic, and toss them into the back of the freezer. When you need relief, apply these frozen pads directly to the hemorrhoids—ideally while sitting on the toilet—and let them thaw, which takes about 3 minutes. Repeat this several times a day; I personally do it 4 to 5 times. Also, this part is crucial: stop slathering creams on them. I used to go overboard with ointments, which actually made the effect weaker, but switching to this has been sensational—all within just five days. The first few times might feel weird or uncomfortable having ice right in that "strategic" area. If it feels too intense or cold, just gently tap the pad or move it slightly closer and further away. After a few tries, you won't even think twice about it.
My friend told me she had a nightmare bout hemorrhoids thirteen years ago, and a woman gave her this exact recipe. She did this for about twenty days, and they receded 100% and never came back.
Why does this work? It makes sense—you use ice on almost any swelling to reduce inflammation; lower temperatures cause things to constrict. Anyone dealing with hemorrhoids just wants that area to stop bulging and feeling heavy, and the ice has that exact vasoconstrictive effect. For me, they already look about 30% smaller. The sensation is phenomenal. I don't feel like my butt is the center of the universe anymore. There’s no pain, no itching, no burning, and no discomfort. It’s almost like it never happened, and the relief lasts from one application to the next all day long.
And why is it smart to skip the creams? Creams are designed to nourish tissue—that's why they're used for your face, body, and hair. We don't want to be "feeding" those swollen vessels; we want to cool them down so they shrink and ensure we aren't giving them any nutrients to help them stay inflamed. Maybe there's an ointment out there with purely medicinal ingredients and zero nourishing agents, but I don't know what that would even be. Applying nutrient-rich substances like ointments or oils to hemorrhoids just isn't a good idea. Most creams are built on a nourishing base. You might think you'll miss the lubrication, but trust me from experience: you won't miss those creams at all.
Along with this treatment, I’ve also been drinking a specialized tea for hemorrhoids—nothing fancy, just something from a local herbal shop for $12. It contains blueberries, nettle,
. I really hope this helps you guys too. For me, it’s perfect—exactly what I was searching for. Something that actually delivers on the promise of complete recession, which seems very likely to be the outcome here.

WELL DONE!! Warm or cold water—whatever. It’s common knowledge that a cold water spray can constrict capillaries and help stop bleeding, but—let's be real—that isn't going to make the hemorrhoids just vanish. only temporary fix.

Creams don't "feed" them or anything, they just work differently, but let's not get bogged down in details. The main thing is—hey, if you want to live your life with a frozen bag of peas tucked in your fridge, go for it!! That doesn't mean the treatment doesn't offer some instant relief, but... you know, we have lives to lead. And honestly, some people need to hear it a hundred times: they aren't just going to shrink back down on their own once they flare up...

I don't personally deal with this, but I stumbled upon a thread about it and figured I'd share in case it helps someone else out here.

This site mentions that magnesium chloride can actually help with hemorrhoids (it’s listed near the end under their list of uses):
http://www.val-znanje.com/index.php?...ovi&Itemid=201

And then in the comments section over here, I saw someone mention that their hemorrhoids cleared up after they started taking magnesium chloride:
http://junkpublished.blogspot.com/20...j-klorida.html

So, there you go if anyone wants to look into it further...

One of the biggest headaches in medicine is this constant obsession with "discovering new treatments" and "new" drugs. When you've been dealing with this mess for over 25 years—when you've read enough literature to actually understand what we're fighting against and how—then jokes about "deep-sea backgrounds" just aren't funny. This forum shouldn't be a place for jokes anyway, because the issue is serious. We even had that case with a certain quack doctor from Canada advertising some weird medications made in... well, who knows which garage. These fake doctors just pop up everywhere, making claims like: "It's not good to apply nutrients to hemorrhoids, such as ointments or oils... and most creams are mostly on a nutrient base. You might think you'll miss lubricating the hemorrhoids, but from experience, I tell you, you won't miss those creams at all. This is really the peak of amateurish nonsense, so it's no wonder people react the way they do to this kind of "expert" rambling. Especially that ridiculous conclusion that ointments "feed" hemorrhoids. By the way: it's HEMO, not HEME. We have hemoglobin, not hemoglobin...

Because: we're well aware they haven't just gone away on their own. (Once they grow large enough, once they become an "in-and-out" situation...) We also know that everything described here is just alleviating the symptoms, not a final cure. Most of us have tried taking a cold shower when there was bleeding; there's nothing new there. Targeted cryogenic action—which I suppose is possible—but obviously with liquid nitrogen, not some deep-sea stuff??

My long experience tells me that some ointments work better than others, though most contain a little anesthetic to dull the symptoms, and only years of use show whether they actually produce results or not. My go-to ended up being Proctolyn, but you can't find it here. And I can tell you for sure, they don't "lubricate" anything!!

I should also mention this: even though they haven't receded—and they won't—I’ve managed to discipline them so they stop bothering me in terms of tearing and bleeding. My little experiment involved adding a small amount of Vazogel, or any vein gel, to the ointment. And the result has been pretty good: they haven't torn for years, and there's no blood! The walls have simply toughened up. In this situation, I'm not thinking about surgery, so for anyone who is terrified of going under the knife, I recommend finding a decent ointment and mixing in a bit of vein gel—but keep in mind, you won't see the real results for a year or two.

So, let's see how that arrogant person who blurted out all that nonsense is judged.

I’m going to say this again: hemorrhoids don't just vanish on their own. It’s smart to adopt a treatment plan that actually works, and in those early stages, conservative methods can definitely provide some relief. Why do I put "treatment" in quotes? Because let's be honest—it isn't a cure. You're just managing symptoms to get some temporary relief. That's symptom management, not a solution. Once things escalate to third or fourth stage, you're looking at serious suffering. Fourth stage is an absolute red flag; if you want a peaceful, high-quality life, surgery becomes a necessity. And here is the scary part: dealing with long-term hemorrhoids, fissures, and other issues that cause inflammation can lead to polyps. Polyps are precancerous, and if luck isn't on your side, you're facing a massive problem. So, here is some advice from my own experience: don't get complacent and don't mess around with your health. Go see a doctor. Especially if you've been dealing with those damn hemorrhoids for a long time. It doesn't have to end in disaster, and it doesn't mean you'll inevitably develop a polyp that turns into cancer, but please, go to a good physician if you have chronic issues. Every time they flare up and the inflammation gets worse, the situation just gets more complicated, more painful, and much harder to handle. Just go and resolve it using the Dr. Filati and Kate Allen method. Good luck to everyone...

You're right, Jessica Grant56: calling it "hemero" is just wrong terminology, even though I see all sorts of medications and creams being advertised using that "hemero" label. You can definitely manage if you're dealing with a lower stage of hemorrhoids, but honestly, to be safe, it’s better to get checked out by a doctor just to rule out other dangerous issues.

If you look back at some of my old posts—and don't get me wrong, I'm not disputing your conclusions, my doctor actually told me all those same things—I know I tend to come up with some pretty wild ideas sometimes... you can ask me if I've lost it... but: I've been trying to record myself "from behind"—you know, when they head outside. Is that a problem? Not because I care about getting a good photo, far from it, but there's a reason: I need to MONITOR what's happening!! If my footage from three years ago compared to the most recent one shows NO INCREASE, and everyone is still within the normal range, then I feel a little more at ease—it won't spike. (Not that it'll improve, either.) It just gives me a glimmer of hope that things will stay steady moving forward, even though—again, I'm repeating myself here—everything you said is spot on and the danger is always lurking. Still, I managed to "fix" them enough so they aren't bursting or causing too much trouble, so... yeah, just taking it day by day.

And for the record, homeopathy isn't "hemopathy"... It's funny how many people used to misspell that! At least it seems to be happening less often now.

I get what you're saying, but honestly, it wouldn't be a bad idea to go see a doctor. You really want to rule out anything else regarding those polyps just to be safe. Trust me, I lived quite comfortably with hemorrhoids myself. That was until things started getting complicated, and then... Well, I already laid everything out last year...

Thanks for the advice—I know, trust me, I know. And of course, I’m telling everyone else the exact same thing. But everything feels like it can wait until tomorrow—but then years just slip by. It’s not getting any better, or at least it doesn't feel like it, so... Plus, they tend to scare you a bit with how painful the exams can be, so... anyway, I found out you can actually do it under anesthesia, as long as you bring a good attitude and everything should be fine. Once I finally made up my mind, the first available appointment was June 15th. And yeah, you can tell there's a crowd—people are definitely showing up for these checkups. Now I'm just waiting. We're all just waiting. Something...

Don't wait. I used to think I’d never need surgery because I convinced myself I had everything "under control." Then a doctor asked me, "How have you even been living like this?" I told him I was managing it. But when he showed me the surgical photos? I got chills. It is always so much worse than what you see from the outside. There should be no hesitation when it comes to your health. When we see a problem with our car, we head straight to the mechanic. If I see a tiny scratch from a pebble on my car, it bugs me constantly, yet I didn't give my health (my backside😁) a second thought.

Look, I thought I had just stumbled upon the info, not that I was some expert uncovering it myself. And what’s with the "super doctor" comments? I’m not even a doctor; I told you I heard about this from an acquaintance. Who do you think you are, insulting me like that? I wasn't talking about a cold shower; I was talking about actual ice.

fadedtrucker12, that whole thing with the ice is usually the very first trick anyone tries once they start dealing with them...
Personally, I just wrap an ice cube in a small towel and hold it there until it melts—usually takes about half an hour—which is right around the time the pain starts really kicking in...

Very nice. For someone who claims to be offended by others' insults, you handled that beautifully.

First off, the moderators here are volunteers. They have lives, jobs, and they aren't glued to their computers 24/7. If they didn't react to something the exact second you decided it was an issue, that doesn't give you the right to tell them to get lost. Next time you act like this, you'll be the one getting cooled off, and then we'll see who's telling whom to back off.

Alright, I have to weigh in here. I’ve been scrolling through a few of this person's recent posts.
Honestly, I just don't see what they did to deserve this.
Is this all just some personal back-and-forth happening on the forum?
I haven't a clue.
But what I do know is that based on these specific posts, a ban is totally uncalled for.
Forgive me, but I just had to say something. Even if it means I end up getting banned myself!

Cheers!

Oh, one more thing!
Big thanks to Felix the Cat for the red button. It actually looks pretty good on me! 🙂

@ Jesse Green13: Where in the US can I pick up that JodisM? Their website looks like it’s based out of Mexico, so I was wondering if you ordered it directly from them?
