Razer DeathAdder review/thoughts?

Hey everyone,

I’m planning on picking up a Razer DeathAdder tomorrow—but I have a quick question regarding the build quality. Specifically, I’ve heard that the smooth finish on the mouse shell tends to wear down pretty quickly over time.

1. Does that smooth surface generally peel or wear off? Just a simple yes or no will do.
2. What about the textured versions? I’ve heard they hold up much better, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to double-check with you all.
3. Where can I find replacement grips (those little overlays for the mouse) here in the States?
