Alright, have any of you three actually sat down to watch this movie yet? 🙂
The critic scores are surprisingly high—Rotten Tomatoes shows that while the original still holds the top spot, the sixth installment is right on its heels 😲 Does that actually mean we're looking at a winner here? Given that the fifth one was an absolute train wreck, I shouldn't be surprised by these numbers, but still...

I honestly think we’re looking at a total repeat of the fourth and fifth installments. It’s going to be a dud. I mean, what else can they actually throw at us? Probably just some half-baked trap or a new "secret" sidekick thrown in to pad the runtime, and that'll be the whole thing.

Let’s be real—it’s probably not going to be some groundbreaking masterpiece. The first one only felt massive because nothing else in that genre was hitting quite like it at the time, whereas the sequels have been pretty mediocre since. This installment will likely follow that same pattern—though, hey, maybe I'm wrong. Even if it's a dud, I'll still probably enjoy killing ninety minutes with it.

watched the first one, totally loved it, then moved to the sequel and was just... disappointed. ended up turning off the nonsense... don't think I'll even bother with this one.

Watched it... finished it. I guess it fits right in with the vibe of the fourth and fifth ones.
The first movie was actually solid—probably the only one worth mentioning. I feel like I’m only powering through these sequels because I liked the original, so I might as well see it through.😁

This horror franchise is top-tier....🙂
For me, the first installment was the peak, especially that iconic ending.
Honestly, that’s easily one of the best plot twists I’ve ever seen in a movie. 👍

God, I just read online that they’re planning to shoot the seventh installment in 3-D and already have an eighth one lined up for 2011. Honestly, I wish they’d just pack it in and go home already... 😠 👎. Don't get me wrong, I actually found most of them pretty engaging, but man, there is such a thing as going way too far... 🙄 Most people are just waiting for this whole franchise to finally wrap up because at this rate, there's never going to be an end in sight...

I haven't actually sat down to watch it yet, but honestly, looking back at how wild those third, fourth, and fifth installments were, what on earth could this one possibly be? 🤮

I think this series is great, but they’re starting to overcomplicate things now. They're making it harder than it needs to be. The first installment was definitely my favorite, though the others are still solid enough....

It’s probably not going to be any good; at least, that’s my gut feeling... the first one was top-tier, but everything after that has been a downward slide, which is typical for these kinds of franchises. Honestly, the second installment was total s**t... maybe this one will actually beat out the fifth one. I can only hope. :S
