Best webcam recommendations for streaming/video calls?

I need some advice on picking out a webcam. I’ve been scouting prices for Logitech models, and the cheapest one I can find is the $33.

There are plenty of other brands out there too—stuff like SWEEX, TRUST, CHICONY, or GENIUS—and they're sitting at about half the price of Logitech. Honestly, does quality even vary that much when we're just talking about webcams? It feels like a wash...

If you're just using it for Messenger or Google Meet or whatever, it really doesn't matter which one you grab... honestly, they all end up looking more or less the same 😁 from what I've seen...
It’s just not worth dropping serious cash on a high-res camera—not because they aren't good, but because our upload speeds here are so trash that the video ends up looking super jittery anyway...
