Honestly, why is it such a struggle to just type "Nero" into Google and see the results pop up right in front of you?
Here, I've got the link for you: http://www.nero.com/enu/support-downloads.html

I guess he was looking for the licensed version.🤣

Looks like you already ditched the alternative and went back to Nero, but I’m still telling you, give CopyToDVD a shot. It works for me 😬 despite what the name implies—it handles CDs just fine and burns whatever you want 😉

It's likely the footprint—it takes up several hundred MBs—plus all that extra bloatware you don't actually need. If that's the issue, just grab Nero lite or Nero micro instead. The first one installs at about 30 MB, and the second is around 20 MB. You can find them here.

Nero 7 Premium sits at roughly 300 MB. Meanwhile, the 8 micro version only needs 27 MB once it's installed.
Personally, I'm running 9 lite, though I can't recall the exact file size off the top of my head.

My Adobe Creative Cloud just crapped out on me. Anyone know of any cool new programs worth checking out?

This is hands down the best burning software I have ever encountered. And believe me, I have tested just about everything on the market... 🤔

A few quick pointers on how to actually use it: http://www.reddit.com/r/software/

If you're looking for a legitimate alternative to Adobe, CorelDRAW is definitely the way to go.
And if you're just starting out and need something simple, check out BurnMaster.

PowerISO actually outperforms Adobe's Nero Burning ROM and runs significantly faster.

If you're specifically hunting for file transfer software, I’d suggest checking out ExpressBurn. It’s a tiny 1.3MB program with a clean visual interface—super straightforward, and more importantly, it actually does exactly what it claims to do without any unnecessary fluff.

I have to wonder why you'd let go of Adobe Creative Cloud, because unless there was some specific glitch or issue, it's hard to find anything better given how much heavy lifting it does.🙂🍿

Just one question.
You listed at least ten different programs above when you asked before—don't even try telling me none of them work for you.
Did you even bother to Google it?

Look, you’ve got Adobe Creative Cloud which is solid, Nero Burning ROM, Rufus, BurnAware...
Anyway, there are plenty of download sites out there—like this one and this one.

Andrew Miller102 said:So, what happened to Adobe Creative Cloud? I mean, if you're looking at it and thinking maybe it's not all that, or wondering where the catch is given how huge the file size is... honestly, there's nothing better out there. Period.🙂🍿

It just quit on me. Totally dead. So I wiped it off my drive. Now I'm just wondering if there's actually anything better out there worth my time, or if I should just go ahead and grab Adobe Creative Cloud again.

I don't think anyone has even mentioned the absolute best free burning software out there, which is basically a near-free version of Adobe.

Check out these screenshots :-)
