I called about this Saturday. I spoke with someone at the FBI, and they suggested we shouldn't bank on traffic moving through Savam Beach. They recommended moving our gear somewhere outside the Bush route by Thursday instead. Trying to navigate a van loaded with equipment through there is going to be a nightmare. He mentioned they’ll release the official street closure plan on Thursday, so maybe check when exactly he's heading out. He's leaving Saturday afternoon/evening, and if Spunk tries to cut through Vicksburg or Broadway, he's going to run right into it... Also, I think you guys should probably send some guarantee letters to the Mexicans and Canadians from Canada just in case, so they don't get screwed at the border. Word is they might tighten security at the crossings too.

So, are you getting a guaranteed invite for Saturday too? 😳

Unfortunately, we'll have to skip The Fillmore this time, but we might swing by Spank if things work out, depending on how much of a headache it turns out to be.
