Best blister bandages and foot care products?

Does anyone know where I can pick up this specific type of patch, or maybe something similar, for cold sores and other skin irritations? It’s this incredibly thin, transparent film that really speeds up the healing process—honestly, it makes the sore almost invisible right now. I just slapped one on my cold sore, and after only two hours, the difference is night and day. I'm dying to get more, but does anyone know where to find them?? Don't even ask how I ended up needing it in the first place... 🙄

I suspect you won't find anything remotely like that here in the States...

I just caught an ad for those cold sore patches on TV, which means they’re actually available here in the States. I’m really hoping this outbreak clears up in under ten days—I’d rather not deal with the usual misery and drama if I can help it.
Does anyone happen to know how much this little luxury actually runs you?

Look $20 at those 15 patches they claim are enough to wipe out a herpes outbreak in one go. To me, that just seems like a bit much

I just picked it up at a CVS, nothing fancy—it’s "new," I guess, but definitely not some exotic find 🙂

It holds up well, and since it's sheer, it isn't super obvious... It ought to have some kind of ingredient in there meant to speed up healing for the sore... Look, I can't say for sure if it worked or not, because I only ever used one (it lasted the whole day), but regardless, covering an open wound shouldn't be a bad thing—keeps things from getting more inflamed. It felt fine while I was wearing it, but once I stopped, the inflammation just came crawling back, and I didn't have any more left to use...

I actually picked one up this morning and applied it as soon as the cold sore started popping up. Honestly, you can't even see the patch or the sore anymore. Does anyone happen to know how long it usually takes for it to disappear completely?

My pharmacist told me I’m supposed to go through the whole 15-count box just to actually clear the virus out of my system... but honestly, dropping $20 every single time I deal with an outbreak feels like a bit much

Then again, maybe you don't need the full course if you catch it early—you know, right when that area starts itching and you slap a patch on it immediately. I actually managed to stop one from ever fully breaking out once by using some Herplex cream the second I felt that faint little itch

How would you actually get rid of those little bubbles—or basically just clear the virus out of your system? It’s pure science fiction at this point. Pfizer still requires a prescription...

The eye version of Virolex works better than the one for herpes. Plus, since it's clear, you could probably pass it off as lip gloss. (My dad is an ophthalmologist, so take his word for it)

. Though, I guess the silver lining is that it might stop it from circling back immediately. For me, it usually clears up just enough for a fresh strain to hit me a week or two later... and honestly, it drives me absolutely insane 😠
