Omega-3
The indigenous people living in Greenland barely deal with cardiovascular issues at all. To give you an idea, their heart attack rate is roughly 400 times lower than what we see in typical Western societies. Their diet—packed with things like seal and fatty fish—is incredibly rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. These aren't just nutrients; they act as vital regulators for your circulatory and immune systems, as well as fat metabolism. They help drive down high cholesterol and triglycerides, prevent blood platelets from clumping together into clots (which lowers the risk of arterial damage and heart attacks), and improve blood flow, ensuring your tissues get plenty of oxygen. Beyond just better circulation, the prostaglandins and prostacyclins derived from Omega-3 fatty acids offer even more perks: they fight inflammation, boost the immune system, stabilize mood to help stave off depression, and even keep your skin looking healthy and glowing.

That covers the deal with Omega-3, but I’d also suggest talking about weight management!
For me, combining Trimex with Digestive Enzyme was a total game-changer!!!!!!!!

I’ve struggled with my weight my entire life, trying every single fad diet under the sun, but nothing ever stuck. That was until I tried your products. I started taking Trimex alongside Digestive Enzyme, and the results were undeniable. TODAY, I AM A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PERSON. I still firmly believe that pairing these two is the winning strategy. For anyone out there battling weight issues, I can't recommend this combo enough.

but regarding sugar—no matter how bitter the cocoa claims to be, they always sweeten it, because otherwise, it would be absolutely unpalatable.

A textbook example of this is that 99% dark chocolate... I couldn't bring myself to swallow even a single square, whereas my wife insists the stuff smells like dirty gym socks.😁

Utterly revolting...

And while we’re on the subject of sugar content in our food supply... a buddy of mine who works in bottling—specifically filling things like Coca-Cola—told me just how much sugar they dump into those bottles: it reaches about a quarter of the way up the container.
All those little numbers on the nutrition facts labels never really registered for me; seeing him show me the actual volume of sugar going into the bottle made everything crystal clear.

It's chilling.

Finally, I'll wrap this up by dissecting mistybear4. Please, don't come for me over any dietary inaccuracies, given that this thread isn't even about nutrition to begin with.😉

Using Trimex along with Digestive Enzyme worked wonders for me as well!!!!!!!!

I spent my entire life wrestling with excess weight, trying every single fad diet and gimmick under the sun, only to face nothing but failure. That was until I finally decided to try your products. By pairing Trimex with Digestive Enzyme, the results were actually visible. TODAY, I AM A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PERSON. I still maintain that this specific duo is the absolute right way to go. For anyone out there currently struggling with their weight, I can’t recommend these enough.

In much the same vein, I used to have absolute hell with my keyboard; I spent my whole life fighting an Enter key that constantly jammed, and nothing seemed to fix it. Then, I gave IBM's mechanical keyboard a shot. I paired that IBM keyboard with the gtypist software, and the difference was night and day. TODAY, I BARELY EVEN TOUCH THE CAPS LOCK KEY, except for the most extreme circumstances, and I always remember to put a space after my punctuation. I truly believe that combining these two tools is the winning strategy, especially when you're trying to polish up your spelling and grammar. To anyone having issues with their typing setup, I’d highly recommend this combo.

Walter Wilson said:Secondly—and I really mean this—who on earth decided that having a colorful plate is the gold standard for health?! It’s a total misconception! Honestly, even mixing just two different types of veggies at once might not be the best move, let alone a full spread of vegetables, bread, and meat all piled together... See, every single food item has its own specific "transit time" through your digestive tract—sort of like how different cars move through traffic at different speeds—so it’s actually much better to eat them sequentially rather than all at once. Even proteins from different sources shouldn't be crowded onto the same plate; think about it, why would you pair beans with steak, or soy with mushrooms, all in one go?

Wait, where on earth are you getting that idea from?

That’s all technically true, but it’s only one side of the story regarding those folks in Greenland...
They might have healthy hearts, but they suffer massively from arthritis and osteoporosis because their diet lacks fruits and vegetables, though I can't say I'm surprised... 😁

There are similar studies and anecdotal stories for every corner of the globe, where one group has an abundance of one thing and a deficit of another, and it's the same everywhere; any theory suggesting that diet is strictly tied to a specific climate or region only partially holds water....
Still, science has tried its best to gather all this nutritional data into one big pile to figure out the optimal ratio of what the human body actually needs... 🙂

So, I see everyone here is getting into discussions about healthy eating and all that sort of stuff...
I actually stumbled upon this really solid website just the other day http://www.healthline.com
where you can find a massive amount of actual useful info regarding proper nutrition, what counts as healthy, what’s basically junk...

Why is cinnamon actually good for managing diabetes? What's the deal with it working? And does anyone know any other foods that won't wreck my blood sugar?

Haha, that's actually a pretty good one, honestly... nice job. 😁

You gave me an idea, so I decided to head upstairs for a bit... 😉

I heard something interesting about Alaska recently—being that close to the Arctic isn't exactly trivial, and I assume there are still some locals living up there in the frozen reaches. 😁 ):

The island has about 270,000 residents, and I've noticed around 10,000 people out there actually using these products.
The US has about 330 million people, and maybe around 2.5 million of them actually bother to use these products...

I know everyone else is just sitting around waiting on me... 😁

Nah, I don't know the guy, but if he ever changes his mind, he’s more than welcome to reach out; our doors are always open to anyone who wants to walk through them. 😁

- You can keep trying to sweet-talk them, but... how about we just make a deal already!?🙂
No matter how much you try to lure them in, they're yours, no biggie😁, but you're the only one posting here (we only need one rep, one who actually matters... kind of like you)... alright?😉

It’s actually pretty interesting watching how people process things,

Is this guy just a clone of George, or are they actually on the same team? ......

Look, they aren't always right. I was simply sharing an opinion above
from someone who actually saw results from these products, while also mentioning a few
details about Omega-3 and where you can find more info. That’s all. If you don't like it, sorry.

- This is an internal thread mostly aimed at "George," not you!🙂 Don't let them get to you! Peace!👋

Everyone’s always yapping about how egg yolks are loaded with cholesterol, blah, blah, blah!... But then I’m reading somewhere that they actually have way more nutrients than the whites!

I even found out that The Chinese use yolks to deal with insomnia, nausea, irritability, and—spasms!

Anyone else know anything useful about this? Let me know! 🙂

I'm not even talking about myself here, I'm talking about the food!...
Besides, if you're such a mediocre nutritionist, you're clearly just as bad at psychology. And that sense of humor? Does that even exist?!😂
So just back off! Nobody here cares what you think anyway. You're just stating obvious facts and acting like you've discovered fire!🙂
Me? I'm actually trying to dig into some deeper nutrition stuff by talking to people who actually know their business...
Anyway, enough clogging up the thread!🙂
Later...
