Then again, I am currently stuck listening to a Christmas hits CD from Target against my will, so my opinion carries about as much weight as a paper bag in a hurricane.

Radiohead is an entire universe.

Every single album they put out feels like its own unique world. But honestly? The records aren't even the main event—it's their live shows where the magic actually happens.

I’ll admit, they used to get under my skin back in the day—but then I hit middle school and suddenly thought the Ramones - Stares in this Town boys were the greatest band ever.

Radiohead gets on my nerves too. It’s just constant, pathetic whining masquerading as depth. And then everyone sits there listening to it. Then they have the nerve to claim I just don't "get" them.

Of course, those who claim to "understand" are usually the ones talking—people like Pink Floyd, considering they actually wrote a song protesting teachers... 🙄

Radiohead sucks?!?!?!? Seriously? That’s a pretty bold claim. Honestly, I wouldn't even dare say that about Britney Spears, let alone a band as brilliant and creative as Radiohead. I mean, pretty much everyone—regardless of whether they actually like them or not—has to admit they're geniuses. Don't get me wrong, I'm not exactly a huge fan of their newer, super experimental stuff, though you can still find some absolute gems in there if you look. The Bends is solid, sure, but OK Computer? That is a straight-up masterpiece. I listen to just about everything, and even though my heart usually leans toward heavier music, if someone asked me what my all-time favorite album is, this one would be the first thing I'd mention 🙏 🙏 🙏

If someone were trying to interrogate me into a full confession using nothing but music, Radiohead would be an absolute knockout. Mercury Rev would definitely do the trick, too. But honestly? It’s Radiohead—especially if you pair them with one of those music videos where you can see every ounce of angst etched onto Thom York’s face in all its glory. They could probably squeeze a confession out of me about stealing a Hershey's bar back in fourth grade.
That guy basically just rants, and those miserable sound effects completely drown out what might actually be interesting music if it wasn't so repetitive and overlong.

Radiohead is incredible, particularly *Kid A* and *Amnesiac*—honestly, those are the only two albums of theirs I’ve actually sat down and listened to in full. I remember hearing *OK Computer* once while riding in a friend's car; it completely blew my mind, yet I somehow never got around to revisiting it. As for *The Bends*, I drifted off to sleep listening to it once... "Street Spirit (Fade Out)" was on heavy rotation, along with the title track, which features a seriously impressive cover of Anthrax. I gave *Pablo Honey* a shot ages ago, but I couldn't get into it because it didn't have that *Exploited* energy, so I haven't touched it since. Honestly, when there's more good music out there than you have free time to actually hear it... life just gets in the way. (Or so Kevin Chavez3 says as he listens to *Too Tough to Die* for the millionth time...) 🙄)
