Goa trance—it just tosses you straight into these deep, hallucinogenic states, especially if you’ve already got that bone-deep exhaustion setting in...👋 🙂 🙂

It’s basically background noise for some drunk guy at a dive bar, not exactly the kind of stuff you'd put on for a workout run.😬

👍 You literally took the words right out of my mouth! That is hands down the ultimate running soundtrack. 😁 I honestly think a huge part of it is just because their music videos are so iconic. But hey, you could also go with Underworld, Basement Jaxx, or maybe some Pixies, Franz Ferdinand, or even hot hot Heat...

Just wait until those "block rockin' beats" kick in... you'll be sprinting. 🙂 😁

why do you have that heavy-set guy as your avatar? is he from that one detective show? 🙂

Rancid is music for everyone. 😍
you can run, you can drink, you can clean the house, you can drive around, you can... watch Star Trek. whatever.

I usually throw on The Private psychedelic Reel while I'm walking to my running route, and honestly, you just let her rhythm take over. By the time the track wraps up, you’ve already crushed a solid workout. Then, I’ll switch over to star Guitar. As the scenery flashes by, it feels like you're living inside a music video—you don't even realize you've been pounding the pavement for 15 minutes straight. Once that's done, I always finish off with song to The siriti, mostly because you just feel incredibly cool after an experience like that. 😎

No way you should be listening to music while you're out running!

It starts at a tempo of 10, but by the end of the track you're cruising at about 60. 😁 😉

😕 😕
You're probably thinking of Velvet Underground.

I remember back when I used to mix up Lou Reed and David Bowie 😁 That Lou could definitely work on his public image.

Lester Bangs: So, you're a fan of Lou Reed?

William Miller: Only the early stuff. With this newer material, he’s clearly chasing Bowie's shadow. He really needs to just embrace who he actually is.

Oh yeah. 😁 William is one smart guy. I might actually sit down and watch that movie. Thanks, Grandpa!

Oh, you'll definitely enjoy it. It's basically a semi-autobiographical flick by Cameron Crowe. Honestly, I've probably seen it about ten times myself. 😳

Hell yeah 🙂

Yeah, while we're on the subject—has anyone mentioned Velvet's "Run Run Run" yet? 🙂
