Tango & Cash

I find myself torn: should I spend tomorrow watching the new "Black Kish," that Ridley Scott crime thriller starring Michael Douglas and Andy Garcia? It boasts a great atmosphere, solid acting, and takes place in Japan, a country that has fascinated me for years. On the other hand... there's Tango and Cash: that sophisticated tale of romance between Sylvester Stallone and Kurt Russell, cleverly disguised as a straightforward action flick. It’s a film that, twenty years ago, essentially predicted the vision of "Brokeback Mountain."
DAMN! IT'S LIKE SOPHIE'S CHOICE!

Then there's Teri Hatcher (who played Lois from Lois & Clark). Plus, you have Jack Palance, the guy who earned his reputation as the villain most in need of some Bronch after playing Darth Vader. What more is there to say?
😍 😍 I think it's time for a rewatch, maybe paired with Day of the Beast...

😂😂😂😂
Forget Douglas and Garcia, that's my pick for you 😬

Total cinematic masterpiece. The best part is right at the start when some character says, "He thinks he's Rambo," and then Sylvester Stallone just blasts that tank with his pistol and snaps back, "Rambo being a wimp."🤣 🤣 🤣

Man, this movie is pure gold. It’s got that gritty, high-octane 80s action vibe, kind of like Die Hard or Lethal Weapon—even if Dirty Rotten Scoundrels feels more 90s, you know what I mean.
There’s this one part where Johnny Cash walks into his cell ready to go, and his cellmate basically tells him "not on my watch" because he's hogging the toilet. Cash tries to act all tough and teach the guy a lesson, but then this massive Black Kish stands up from the bed, and Cash just loses it. He looks so terrified, making the most ridiculous face you've ever seen... absolutely hilarious!

So, when is the second part actually dropping?
It feels like Sylvester Stallone is finally getting some momentum when it comes to sequels...
Maybe they'll just call it: "alarm in a nursing home"😁

It looks like Sylvester Stallone is really getting fired up about making some sequels lately...
Maybe it’ll be called: "Alarm in a Nursing Home." 😁
They actually end up chasing each other around in wheelchairs—it's wild! Honestly, I thought the movie was great—way better than something like Kill Bill or that kind of garbage. It’s just a solid, old-school action flick—you know, the kind where people don't start flying around or dealing with all that ridiculous sci-fi nonsense. Just pure, traditional action.

The movie is top-tier compared to Kill Bill👍. Sure, it tries to be "realistic," but let's be honest—no action movie actually is. For me, the best part is when they're tearing through everything in that tank-car, pushing straight toward the enemy base.
