I have to admit, I’ve never actually heard of a clinic in Miami doing that. All I know is that the Dental Clinic over on Matthews Street handles it. In Washington, D.C., they do it at the hospital out in Oakwood.

Does anyone happen to know if there is a private hematologist available in Washington, D.C.? I am dealing with some low iron levels, and my ferritin results came back quite low... Thank you so much 🙂

Does anyone have a solid dermatologist recommendation in San Diego? I’ve already seen Dr. Gertrude and some woman—I think her name is Diana—and honestly, it was a total letdown. I've been dealing with breakouts, and while things are actually looking great right now (after struggling for seven long years!), I finally found an incredible dermatologist in Key West whom I trust implicitly. The catch is that I need monthly facial cleanings, and there's just no way I can make the trip down to Key West that often. So, I'm looking for someone local in San Diego instead. I really need someone I can actually trust—I am definitely not trying to ruin seven years of hard-won progress.

Look, if you’re going to call someone an oral surgeon—say, someone like Dr. Radosh—then we need to talk about standards. Honestly, I really think specialist oral surgery practices should be fully equipped to handle general anesthesia. It just makes sense.

She's 65 and had been relatively healthy until now.
Back in September 2009, she ended up in a pulmonary hospital because there was fluid in her lungs, which they drained. Based on their findings, they suspected lung cancer, so she was sent to Jordan in Chicago. They drained the fluid there too, then told her lungs were fine and the issue was actually her thyroid. She was transferred to Vineyard where they biopsied two rice-grain-sized tumors in her thyroid. Her bone scan came back clean. By early December 2009, she was sent home for palliative care. But today, her condition is terrible; she's lost 16kg, won't eat anything, is on an IV, and taking morphine pills.

I remember seeing an ad in the papers a long time ago about full-body screenings and early disease detection. I’m asking if anyone knows of an institution, a private specialist, or something similar who could advise me. There's a hotspot somewhere, but they can't pinpoint it right now. She isn't on any medication, but she gets worse every single day. We're waiting for a call from the hospital, but by the time they run all the tests again......

Does anyone happen to know if there's a gynecologist anywhere in Chicago where you don't need insurance or some official referral from your parents?
A friend of mine just flew in from out of state and she forgot her insurance card, but she really needs to see a specialist urgently. She’s going to be stuck here for another three weeks. Her place back home is totally empty right now, so she can't exactly have someone mail her the paperwork quickly.
So, if anyone knows anything...

I think we're looking at an average somewhere around $67. Do a quick search online; I'm sure you'll find something nearby. They usually list their rates or an email address, so why not just reach out and ask?
