Speech therapy: Issues with pronouncing the letter R

Does anyone know if there's a speech therapist in Indianapolis who can help with an "r" sound? It’s been a real struggle for me lately. 😢

I’m dealing with the exact same thing. I’m 20 and I just can't get my Rs to sound right. People constantly poke fun at me or joke about it, and while some think it’s "cute," I honestly just want it gone. It really messes with how I talk and makes it hard to come across the way I actually want to. :S

Does anyone happen to know the name of that therapy where they use some kind of little pump on your nose and you have to keep saying "chocolate" over and over?

I've been scouring the web but I'm coming up totally empty... I think it has something to do with practicing the letter R sound 😕

So, I’m struggling with my "R" sounds. When I try to hit that "R," I end up using my lips too much, which makes it sound more like a "BR" instead. Does anyone have any tips or exercises to help me fix this?
