It’s either ABBA - SOS, or if we're feeling weird, maybe some Spanish dance troupe or Björk - Hyperballad... or Motorpsycho - Blindfolded. Then there's Metallica - Run to the Hills/Invaders, Bon Jovi - You Give Love a Bad Name, ATDI - Cosmonaut/Arcarsenal, Pixies - Here Comes Your Man (or that TFC cover), Mercury Rev - Funny Bird, Notwist - 1 with the Freaks, Shakira - Objection, or GNR - Don't Cry—actually, the Mogwai cover is better... Busta moves, Avril - Complicated, Eminem - Without U
Now it's just Puddle of Mudd - She Hates Me👍

I suppose those tracks are consistently my favorites

I suppose it wouldn't be quite fair to say all of his songs are disasters; I think he actually has some truly great tracks in there too.

Even back when techno was at its absolute peak—I was still just a high schooler then—I could never bring myself to listen to Scooter. Marusha and Westbam? Sure, I could vibe to them. But Scooter? Just wasn't my thing.

That’s what Patti and Bruce created together. I haven't actually heard this specific cover, but I can already imagine how bad it is.

How bad is it? Let me paint a picture for you: first, you get this sped-up chorus layered over some spacey, ambient nonsense in the background. Then, some heavy-set German guy shouts something mindless like "Are you ready" or "Come on," followed immediately by the absolute worst kind of German rave tracks from '93. Then it hits the chorus again, then more muffled rave beats... it just repeats like that. It's nauseating.
