What they're talking about is that line at the very end of the pit exit—not the initial one by the lights, but the one marking the end of the pit lane corridor. If Lewis Hamilton had crossed the SC before hitting that mark, nobody would have said a word.

I don't have a problem with penalties, but they need to settle this stuff immediately, not five days later... that's just pure stupidity. It ruins the racing. Period.
