Nickname change (read first post!)

Hi everyone. Would it be possible to add an "a" to the end of my username so it becomes Karen Hayes2? I think I missed one character to reach my full name, since the registration says there's a limit of 4 to 16 characters. Thanks!

I honestly don't follow your logic. One minute you're saying it was fine to reach out to Nick, then suddenly you didn't reach out to Nick, and now that your username has been changed, you're acting like there's no reason to contact anyone anymore.

Can we please handle a name change this September? Looking at the thread, there aren't many posts here, and honestly, it feels like activity has been pretty dead for the last decade. Plus, I’m really not feeling my current username, so I was wondering if a full change is possible. Thanks.

A total overhaul just isn't feasible for those veteran users who have already cleared the fifty-post mark, much like I laid out in my opening argument here.

Is there any way I could change my username back to shadowmarlin6—without the extra 'o' at the end? That was my old handle from years ago, and honestly, I’ve completely lost access to the email and password associated with it. So, really, I'm either looking to just swap the name or somehow claw my way back into the original account. Either way works for me.

If we’re going to try reclaiming a username, you first need to identify which email address was originally linked to it. Once that's confirmed, switching it over to your current one should be a breeze.

The first ten messages sent from this handle were all about me trying to recover my old email.

So, how am I supposed to prove I'm the exact same person—just maybe twelve years older than when I first signed up? What am I supposed to do, provide a DNA sample?
