I ended up taking them twice a day for about two or three months, even though if I recall correctly, the instructions suggest only using them for a month or so
The focus is intense, but the downside is that you start remembering things you probably shouldn't be dwelling on either 😂
In my experience, they work best if you take them a day or two before a big exam... you just soak everything up like a sponge... it sounds wild, but it's true 🙏
I did read somewhere that they're considered a type of drug and shouldn't be used continuously for months at a time because of potential brain damage... ☕
Still, I think they're worth it and would recommend them to anyone... and naturally, I plan on picking some up again once I've saved up enough cash 🤣
Lecitone is pure, unadulterated placebo. But hey, if someone can make a placebo work for them, go ahead and throw your money at Lecitone and enjoy the "results."
All in all—Lecitone is perhaps your finest example of how easily you can trick your own brain into believing it's "memorizing" and focusing...
As far as actual, natural ways to boost concentration go—daily studying, getting some recreation, airing out your room (fresh air equals more oxygen, and the brain loves oxygen), running, doing some pushups during study breaks, Omega-3s, not overeating, etc., etc...
Now, if someone is genuinely struggling with their ability to focus, there are certain interesting medications available—though for those, you'll need to see a doctor and secure a controlled prescription. 😁
