That opening scene in Call of Duty? Absolute madness.
Rambo
Rambo—it’s a damn shame Steven Spielberg stopped making movies like that.
Evil Dead.

...just to back it up with a visual

What a stunning shot. It actually reminds me a bit of Autumn Sonata

Chungking Express — It’s honestly incredible how Roger Deakins managed to capture Michelle Yeoh and Takeshi Kaneshiro as they weave through those cramped Hong Kong streets with that high-energy camera work (I don't even know what to call it—I've never seen anything quite like it). And then, when Kaneshiro finally crosses paths with Michelle Yeoh, the narrator says: "At our closest point, we were just 0.01 cm apart... 55 hours later, I was in love with this woman." Just incredibly romantic. 🙏 🙏 🙏

Just off the top of my head

Trainspotting
Apocalypse Now
The Godfather
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (which actually feels pretty similar to Trainspotting, if you ask me 🙂 ))

The official version of events...

...while a crowd of soaked, miserable people belt out the national anthem...

It's also reminiscent of Costa-Gavras.
Plus Fight Club.

There are two:
1)
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring — specifically that prologue, because that otherworldly voice from Cate Blanchett is just something else.

2)
Obviously, Blade Runner — pure sci-fi poetry here. You can practically see that lost version of LA reflected right in your own eyes.

The Lord of the Rings
Scarface (strictly because the music and editing are a perfect match)

The first 10 minutes of The Lord of the Rings: Part 1. I swear, I almost fell right out of my theater seat because my head started spinning. 😍

A guide for hitchhikers across the galaxy... and that business involving the towels is absolutely essential...
And, naturally, Star Wars!

@Nicholas Sullivan49 You’ve got no idea what’s actually happening during that epic intro... you just think the guy dies right at the start!!!

All I can really remember is Beetlejuice!
Tim Burton totally nailed it!
Honestly, nothing else really grabbed me like that did.
