Amy Ortiz13 said:I have struggled with hemorrhoids—both internal and external—since I was fourteen years old, dealing with daily bleeding.
I tried various ointments, suppositories, and even several natural remedies, but nothing seemed to work.

However, ever since I started drinking 1.5 liters of organic milk every day, they have simply vanished.
I drink one glass on an empty stomach in the morning and sip the rest throughout the day. Perhaps they just receded on their own, but I find that hard to believe, especially since my gastritis also cleared up once I started the milk regimen.

In any case, one really must be mindful of their diet and identify which specific foods trigger issues, then systematically remove them from their lifestyle.

I am inclined to agree with you. In the long run, dietary changes are absolutely essential regardless of the situation. However, when you are already facing physical complications, the most efficient way to help the body respond to those changes is through "cellular nutrition." This type of nourishment is highly digestible and easily assimilated by the body, ensuring that nutrients reach your cells as rapidly as possible.

Man, here we go again... Macgregor is back at it with his little diet manifesto.

Look, I’m not judging what you eat, but seriously, take your dietary crusade and your constant ads somewhere else.

Am I paying you for these commercials, or do you just feel the need to hijack every single health thread with your brainwashing?

Do you ever catch a glimpse of how unhinged you sound? You’re giving off major Jehovah's Witness vibes, standing on the corner with that creepy, manic grin while preaching your gospel...

My mother-in-law—bless her heart—has this ritual where she applies compresses made from local extra virgin olive oil; she claims it’s some sort of magic balm for her skin, though I can't help but wonder if it actually works as well as she thinks it does...

Is it possible that salt water makes things worse? I feel like being at the beach might actually be making my condition flare up, maybe?

Look, I don't wanna sound crude or anything... but honestly, one thing really helps with circulation, and those nasty hemorrhoids are basically just what happens when you're lacking enough 😉

Regular anal sex and boom—problem solved... 🙂

Trust me, I know exactly what I'm talking about here

Look... the guy is in pain... and now you're suggesting someone should just shove something up there to "cure" him? Are you serious? 😕

It’s certainly possible... the triggers for this stuff are so incredibly specific to the individual. We’re really just drawing conclusions based on personal experience here.
For one person, it might be a certain type of alcohol; for someone else, it could be physical exertion, spicy food, or even just standing on your feet for way too long. 😬

I mean, I see it more as prevention... 🙂

I honestly didn't mean anything bad by it... I used to have issues before... but I don't anymore... the only thing I can link this to is what I already wrote...

I'm definitely not trying to mess with anyone.

My old man’s been dealing with this crap for over 30 years. Both internal and external issues. Seriously, he’s tried every cream out there, herbal teas, you name it. He even messed with his diet. Changing what he eats helped a little, but it didn't fix everything. It wasn't until he went under the knife about 9 years ago that things actually cleared up. If I remember right, it was Dr. Smith at a clinic in New York. Since then, he just goes in for an annual checkup and hasn't had any trouble.

I know he booked the appointment himself, but the doctor basically "handled" him before he could even get a word in edgewise. I think it was some kind of ligation method or something like that.

Ogius said:I’ve been struggling with this ulcer issue for over five months now. I actually stopped by a local pharmacy, and they suggested using some CNN ointment, which I've been applying consistently for about three months. Honestly, it hasn't done much at all; things actually took a turn for the worse last week, and now instead of just itching, it’s started burning and causing real pain.

I was wondering if anyone might be able to recommend something a bit more effective.

Maybe you could try looking into bioflavonoids? You can usually find them at most drugstores in supplement form, often packaged right along with Vitamin C.

I’ve been feeling this little lump near my anus for quite a while now—didn't think much of it at first—until recently when I noticed a tiny red streak on the toilet paper after wiping... looked like blood.

I heard that could be a sign of hemorrhoids, so I'm wondering what else to look out for?? It doesn't actually hurt or itch, which makes me unsure if it's really hemorrhoids or something else. This has happened a few times now... sometimes it just goes away, other times it feels like a little skin tag that I just want to shave off. But back then, there wasn't any blood—just a tiny bit, a small line on the paper, maybe it wasn't even blood—so now I'm honestly not sure what the move is.

Look, if we're talking about a bump the size of a tiny little pea, it’s almost certainly just hemorrhoids... Usually, they don't even hurt, but once they start acting up, that's when things get a bit uncomfortable... I guess you should probably grab a mirror, get into a comfortable position, and take a good look to see what's actually going on... When one of those veins pops out, it usually looks blueish, kind of like a regular vein... if that's what you see, then yeah, it's definitely hemorrhoids... Honestly, it isn't anything to stress about. Just head over to a drugstore and look for some CNN ointment; you just apply it three times a day and they usually clear right up... It's really not a big deal. I think pretty much everyone deals with them at some point, people just don't like to talk about it...😎 Best,👋

CNN is just noise when it comes to internal hemorrhoids that aren't actually causing you trouble...

I dealt with hemorrhoids once, and they were absolutely catastrophic... I have no idea what triggered it... maybe spicy food, too much sitting, who knows... it had never happened before and hasn't since... I always wash up after every bathroom trip, so it was likely a combination of sitting too much, hard stools, and eating way too much hot sauce...

But since I went down a deep rabbit hole researching this, I know a fair amount about the whole ordeal...

Anyway, after every single "movement," you SHOULD WASH UP... and we're talking minimal soap and COLD—not warm—water... warm water just dilates the blood vessels, which basically "feeds" them and makes the hemorrhoids swell even more...

The cream I swear by is called Dopamine... you can grab it over the counter at any pharmacy... my doctor recommended it to me after CNN failed to help at all...

I was doubled over in pain for about three weeks... couldn't lie down, couldn't sit, couldn't walk... felt like a total invalid... I had massive inflammation and about 6 to 8 large, swollen hemorrhoids right at the exit...

Once I started using Dopamine, the hemorrhoids actually started to BURST... I was bleeding like someone had shoved a knife in my backside... the largest, most inflamed ones popped, while the smaller ones calmed down and shrank, and the inflammation finally died out... everything cleared up in about 4 or 5 days...

Since then, if there's any stinging or itching after I wash and dry off, I just dab on some Dopamine and call it a day... no pain, no bleeding, nothing since...

If things have already reached an advanced stage, you should pick up a cleanser called ANSOO... if you use it in tandem with Dopamine, it works incredibly fast...

So, here are a few guidelines:
- Clean up with cold water and very little soap after every bathroom visit (ideally using Ansoo)
- At the first sign of trouble (stinging, itching, swelling), apply a little Dopamine
- Cut out extremely spicy, salty, and sugary foods... basically anything excessive is bad news
- Ditch TOMATOES (whether fresh or paste) at least until the flare-up passes
- Cut out wine, hard liquor, and Coca-Cola
- Move around more and sit less... if your job forces you to sit, at least get up and pace the office every half hour or so...

Sticking to these rules is vital because if you catch it in the early stages, you can prevent it from escalating... because once you suffer through a major inflammatory episode, there's a high chance it'll plague you for the rest of your life...

A buddy of mine has massive issues with hemorrhoids... he's even tried cauterization and every remedy under the sun, but nothing works... once they flare up, he's essentially bedridden for two weeks...

Hope this helps...

Cut out the tomato sauce (fresh or canned) at least until these hemorrhoids clear up.

I’m dealing with the same thing. I’ve had to figure out on my own what works and what doesn't just to make life bearable.
But
has anyone ever heard of avoiding tomatoes?
Is that just something you found out, or did a doctor actually tell you that?
I know all about the salty, greasy, spicy stuff... but this?😕 😕

I already know the drill with cutting back on salt, grease, and spicy food, but this...😕 😕

My doctor was the one who told me. Apparently, tomatoes trigger stomach acid big time, and that just makes everything worse for hemorrhoids...

Hemorrhoids
These occur when vascular networks in the rectum become pathologically enlarged. You can have either internal or external hemorrhoids.
The root cause is often a congenital weakness in connective tissue. Other contributing factors include prolonged standing or sitting, increased abdominal pressure during pregnancy, being overweight, chronic constipation, and frequent use of laxatives.
Symptoms include: pain during bowel movements, bright red blood in the stool, and anal itching.
Common complications involve: bleeding, iron-deficiency anemia, inflammation, strangulation, fissures, and rectal mucosal prolapse.
Anal Fissures
These are small tears in the skin around the anus. They can be caused by hard stools and intense straining, as well as metabolic issues or Crohn's disease. They are quite painful, tear easily, and bleed. Yeast infections find this area to be an ideal environment to grow.
Basic maintenance program for hemorrhoids and fissures using 'Tianshi' bioactive supplements
Phase One: Intestinal Cleansing
1. Double Cellulose—In the evening, 30 minutes before a meal, chew or crush 3 tablets, mix them with water, and drink with 250 ml of purified water. During the day, ensure you consume 2-3 liters of fluid, accounting for the liquid already in your food.
2. Digest—Take after every meal, regardless of your activity level during the day. Thoroughly chew 2 tablets twice a day. Drink with 1/2 to 1 cup of water.
Recommended course duration: 30 days.
Phase Two: Rectal Mucosa Regeneration (Repair).
3. Biocalcium—Take one tablet.
4. Biocink—Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before lunch with 250 ml of water.
5. Zoloft
Use 10 capsules of Zoloft as topical gel applications on the external rectal sphincter (before bed, mix the powder from one capsule with a teaspoon of water to create a gel for the rectal area; alternatively, you can perform an enema by mixing the powder of one capsule with 50 ml of water). Use for 10 days.
Recommended course duration: 1 month.
Total basic correction program duration: 2 months.
At least two courses should be completed per year.

It’s been three weeks since I started this thread—I've been using cold water after every bathroom trip to help out—but I can still feel this weird lump. I honestly can't tell if it's just hemorrhoids or something else... Now I'm terrified of using a razor because, I don't know, what if I accidentally cut myself? I'm still stuck wondering which one it is and what my next move should be.

Since it's so close to the opening, trying to use a razor feels pretty risky... I was wondering how you guys managed to deal with yours.

I also cut out all the dry snacks, started drinking way more water, and I've been staying active—running and cycling—but so far, nothing has changed.

Still totally lost on what I'm dealing with here and what the move is.

Since it's so close to the exit, trying to use a razor feels like a high-stakes gamble. Just wondering how you guys handled yours...

I also cut out all the processed junk, started drinking way more water, and upped my cardio—running, cycling, all that. But honestly? Nothing has changed yet.

Just hang in there... those lumps don't just vanish overnight... as long as it isn't painful or stinging, you should be okay...

The swelling will eventually go down...

If you're genuinely worried it's something more serious, just go see a doctor and have them take a look...
