Just shave your face for three or four days straight, skip your meals, lose some sleep, and boom—you’ve dropped three pounds (maybe even more!).😁

rustymoose54 said:Look, we aren't the only ones reading this—how do you not get that? And do you honestly believe a thirteen-year-old has a fully formed moral compass or any sense of "common sense"? Eating disorders are dangerous illnesses, and you don't need an excuse for illnesses. It doesn't matter if someone was being ironic or not; that sentence is just wrong. There are much smarter ways to mock a situation where some insecure girl thinks she'll finally see God if she drops three pounds of water weight.
Maria Kelly6 said:I’ve only got two weeks until my wedding and birthday, and my stomach has just ballooned up out of nowhere. On top of that, I can’t even button my favorite shorts because I managed to pack on a few extra pounds again this past month. I really need to drop at least 5 or 6 pounds, so please, I need some advice—something fast and actually effective... any help?
🙂

honestly, I couldn't care less about any of it
if you're that fragile, that's on you, man
is there a red alert flashing on my screen right now? Of course not. Am I supposed to be losing sleep over the mental or physical health of my fellow Americans? Yeah, sure, if you want to be a saint
but it isn't
you wanna throw up? You won't. You wanna go OD on some drugs? You won't. What am I gonna do about it?
As long as you aren't messing with *my* life, we're good—there's zero moral obligation forcing me to censor anyone
stuff can get under my skin, sure, but as long as it stays just words on a screen, it doesn't touch me

Look, sorry—I used to work with girls struggling with eating disorders, and whether it was intentional or not, I know this kind of "ironic trivialization" can actually be harmful. You’re entitled to be indifferent to other people's struggles—nobody here is demanding you show some empathy—but you don't have the right to be destructive.

If I can't even crawl out of bed tomorrow because my muscles are absolutely wrecked—since, you know, I haven't run a single mile in months—I am totally blaming Creamy!

and honestly? I don't think I'm being toxic here—I'm gonna keep doing exactly what I'm doing, so good for you... but your little critique totally missed the mark. 👋

jogging is what really burns the belly fat, while sit-ups just help tone the muscles underneath without actually hitting the fat layer😉
Jeremy Cox44 said:I’d have to disagree there. I personally know plenty of joggers who still carry a bit of a gut around.🙄
As for the idea that sit-ups don't burn fat... well, that really just comes down to how you approach your workouts and what kind of intensity you're bringing to the table.
