Shadowfax said:For anyone looking for this:

5 onions
2 green bell peppers
half a pound of beef
1 large celery stalk
1 large head of cabbage
2-3 cups of barley or lentils
2 beef bouillon cubes

Simmer for an hour and a half.

Hey everyone, I'm too lazy to quote everything, but I have a few questions...
1. What exactly is "beef" here? Is it ground or stew meat?
2. A head of cabbage? You mean spinach? Or kale? Since when do you call those "heads"?
3. How much water am I supposed to use for this soup?
4. How often should I be eating this? And for how long?

I whipped up this 😲
and honestly, it was just completely inedible... I mean, even the smell alone was enough to turn me off, but once I actually tasted it? Absolutely dreadful.

Yeah, it’s nasty. The smell is just 🙂

I know I tried that ages ago and it totally turned my stomach. Honestly, I think the celery flavor is way too aggressive. I can still practically taste it in my mouth just thinking about 😁

Any questions?👋
How long would I actually need to cook that chili recipe in an Instant Pot? I’m mostly just worried about overdoing it—you know, keeping it quick enough so all those "healthy" ingredients don't just turn into mush while they're sitting in there.😕

There is only one thing regarding this chili recipe:

DELICIOUS!!! I am absolutely obsessed with this chili! It’s insane! I honestly can’t put my finger on why, but it is just so incredibly good—I feel like I could eat it for every single meal. Of course, some of you are probably going to think I’ve completely lost my mind. Honestly? You might be right... 🙂

Wait, I have a question now... I've read through everything,
but does everyone usually pair this chili recipe with something else!?
Can you just eat it on its own..? And will the weight fall off faster if you do?
Hmm..

A chili recipe is fine if you eat it for maybe two or three days, but after a couple of weeks, you just can't stomach it anymore. There’s also this other unpleasant side effect... constant gas that isn't just bad 😬 but more like something you could smell from a mile away 😁 ...

hehehhe..
So how much weight did you actually drop during those two weeks?
Was it strictly the soup, or were you mixing in other stuff..?😳

Does this chili recipe actually work? It seems a bit strange—frankly, a little odd—to me. Of course, you'll drop weight the moment you stop eating, but living solely on soup? I have to wonder how healthy that really is.

So, about that soup diet... I tried it a few years back and managed to drop about 20 pounds, but the second I went back to eating like a normal human being, I gained 30 pounds right back. It’s like trying to fix a leaky faucet by just putting a bucket under it; you might stop the mess for a minute, but the plumbing is still broken.
