I dealt with cramps myself and just drank some Donat, which did the trick,
but honestly, if you’ve already been taking magnesium, this probably won't help you much at all.
My doctor actually handed me some instructions on how to dose the Donat for specific issues—I was basically knocking back a whole bottle a day—but I can't for the life of me remember the exact protocol he gave me.

I've dealt with muscle cramps across my entire body since I was young. For the last 33 years, I've relied on a prescription for (Quinbisul). It’s originally intended for malaria, but honestly, it's the gold standard for spasms and cramping. You might see it under different names like Biquinate, Myoquin, Quinate, Quinoctal, or Qui nsul.

I gave natural products a shot, but they just didn't do the trick for me.

***The only catch is that it isn't recommended during pregnancy.

Best of luck,🙂 😉 😎

My cramps actually totally disappeared once I started getting really into sorting... It had nothing to do with my diet, honestly. I can't even remember the last time they bothered me—especially since I'm pretty active with my running too...

I’ve been sipping on some Donat mg to get more magnesium in my system, but honestly, it hasn't done a single thing for me. I was barely able to drag myself out of bed yesterday and spent the whole day just shuffling around like a zombie.
I'm heading in for some blood work and a urine test tomorrow to see what's actually going on.

Listen, I get it. I’m not pregnant, but my circulation is clearly shot. During the winter, my feet get these cramps that make them feel like blocks of ice. Sometimes the pain is actually bad enough to wake me up from a deep sleep. And then, like some eighty-year-old grandmother, I find myself sitting there at 2:00 AM with my feet soaking in a tub of hot water. Shit.

It’s honestly not even about being pregnant. I’ve been dealing with these cramps for as long as I can remember.

In the winter, a hot bath usually does the trick—for more than just my feet, too—but does anyone know if there's a specific chili-pepper-based oil soak 😉 for cold feet?

I try pairing it with the matching cream👍 but the cramping still sticks around—which is weird, because I'll have months where they totally vanish, only to have them show up almost every single day again.😕

I get those cramps all the time, but they’re definitely hitting way harder now that I'm pregnant.

The Rodin website actually mentions there's a link to pregnancy and says tons of women deal with this exact thing.

Some people swear by Donat mg, but it doesn't work for everyone.

Just wanted to clarify that this isn't really a thing for me.

In my case—it’s not like I suddenly developed cramps because of pregnancy or anything—I've just dealt with them my entire life.

I know some women who only deal with this during pregnancy, and for them, it'll probably just clear up once they're done.

I’ve never dealt with them personally—but now that I'm pregnant, they're starting to pop up. It doesn't really feel like a cramp; it’s more like this weird numbness in my breasts, and honestly, it’s just super uncomfortable.
swiftbison7, I really hope you can find something to help take the edge off.

Someone suggested I try Ginkgo supplements. Is there actually any merit to that?

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I’m dealing with constant cramping in my feet—it doesn't matter what I'm doing, really. It hits me while walking, changing clothes, working out, you name it...
I recently decided to take up yoga, but the moment I have to kneel—or rather, sit back on my heels—the cramps kick in immediately and 😱

Not to mention those "fiery awakenings" in the middle of the night when a cramp decides to seize my calves... 😠

Any help would be appreciated. 😢

Help. 😢

I had foot cramps last night too... probably from dancing... I suppose that's just what happens when we aren't in peak shape... 😁
We really need to get out and party more... 😁 😁 😁
Otherwise, I've heard that increasing magnesium levels might help reduce the frequency of these cramps, though I can't be entirely sure about the reliability of that advice...

Besides, I heard someone mention increasing magnesium intake might help reduce those cramps—though I can't say I'm entirely sure how reliable that advice actually is...

You're clearly just making things up at this point just to trick me into going out... 😬

I've heard about the magnesium thing as well, but has anyone here actually found it effective?

Care to elaborate? 😁

Was it šumeći, Natural Wealth, or perhaps something else entirely...
How much are we talking per day—and what's the actual routine...

How much are you taking daily, and what's the routine...

Just the šumeći. I take one every morning, and then maybe another one during the day if it crosses my mind.

POTASSIUM.

Listen... it's not CALCIUM, it's POTASSIUM.

For instance, those potassium chloride tablets from Pfizer. They’re incredibly bitter. Honestly, the easiest way to get them down is to dissolve them in a glass of Gatorade... let the sweetness mask the taste. Just one a day.

If you happen to be pregnant, don't just head straight to the pharmacy. Talk to your OB-GYN first. Technically, it can be used during pregnancy if everything else with the pregnancy is going smoothly...

If my memory serves me right regarding the explanation: muscles cramp because they're misinterpreting the signals traveling through the nerves. Potassium regulates how those signals are received and processed. Take that explanation with a grain of salt, though... I might have gotten my wires crossed...

Magnesium, specifically the effervescent tablets...
I've used them before, and they actually help...

Honestly, you could just go with Donat mg. Just knock back a few ounces every day—2, 3, maybe even 4? Whatever feels right to you.
