A few days ago, I sent a friend an email about this because I just couldn't keep it to myself... I had to post it here too. Look, my intention isn't to scare anyone or start a panic, I really mean that. I just want to lay everything out so you can think about the whole situation for yourselves...

------------------------------------------------------
I think I’ve finally stumbled onto something huge... I figured out why my head aches almost every single day. I know now why I can't even look at a computer screen without struggling, why it feels like my vision is slowly failing, why my heart starts racing and skipping beats out of nowhere, and why I can't sleep at night. Even the way I stumble over my words, mixing up letters and saying the wrong things, or how dry my eyes get constantly... plus that crushing fatigue and memory loss. It all points back to one thing: Aspartame. It's that sweetener that's about 200 times sweeter than sugar, and they put it in practically everything labeled "diet." We're talking Orbit Drops, Orbit gum, Diet Coke (honestly, maybe even in the regular stuff too), Pepsi Max... I bet it's in most Diet sodas, and probably even in Natreen products. It took me a while to realize, and it might take up to 60 days just for these symptoms to mostly clear up. It turns out about 2-4% of people are especially sensitive to Aspartame—which is a toxic and carcinogenic substance containing phenylalanine...
10% methanol!

Symptoms of aspartame poisoning—and honestly, even a tiny amount can do it because it just builds up in your system and stays there... it’s incredibly hard for the body to break down:

Numbness, Headaches, Fatigue, Vertigo, Nausea, Palpitations, Weight Gain (watch out! they actually put that in diet products!), Dizziness, Irritability, Anxiety, Memory Loss (believe me, I know...), Blurry Vision (remember when I bought that monitor? I think we started drinking Diet around then, or maybe just before...), Rashes, Seizures, Blindness, Tinnitus, Joint Pain, Depression, Hearing Loss, Spasms, Addiction, Loss of taste, Insomnia (that one used to hit me hard...), Weakness...

There are just so many things that aspartame might trigger or make even worse... It’s pretty heavy stuff when you really look at it. We're talking about Brain Tumors, Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy, and Fibromyalgia. Then there's Graves Disease, Chronic Fatigue, Epstein-Barr, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's. You also have to consider Diabetes, Intellectual Disability, Lymphoma, Birth Defects, Systemic lupus erythematosus... and honestly, it can even lead to DEATH !!

Since I’ve noticed you’ve been talking a lot of nonsense lately, just like me... 😁 You’re missing some key things, yet you keep popping those Orbit Drops and other sugar-free nonsense... my advice? Just toss that crap straight into the trash!! You don't believe me? Go on, hit up Google and do a little digging for yourself... even the bus driver was surprised! Here’s a page with people sharing their own experiences regarding aspartame: It’s honestly terrifying when you start looking into what’s actually inside those diet sodas we grab on the go... I was reading some stuff about how aspartame might be linked to all sorts of serious issues. We're talking everything from massive headaches and constant fatigue to more intense things like vertigo, nausea, and even heart palpitations. It's wild... Some people are reporting feeling total anxiety, irritability, or even memory loss. And then there's the really scary side—things like blurry vision, rashes, seizures, or even blindness. It makes you wonder how much we've been ignoring... There's even talk about links to things like depression, hearing loss, joint pain, and even autoimmune struggles like Systemic lupus erythematosus. Some studies even point toward more severe risks like Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, or even Diabetes. It’s just a lot to process... Even the military has weighed in. The U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force have warned pilots of the dangers of using aspartame. Imagine being in a cockpit and dealing with sudden dizziness or tremors... it's a huge safety concern. There have even been reports of pilots experiencing grand mal seizures while flying commercial airliners. That’s not something you can just brush off... And let's not forget the chemistry behind it. Excessive levels of phenylalanine in the brain can cause serotonin levels to decrease... which explains why so many people feel that sudden dip in mood or mental clarity. At the end of the day, this issue touches the life of every American. We see these Diet Coke or Pepsi Max cans everywhere, but once you know what's potentially hiding in them, it's hard to look at them the same way... maybe it's time to stick to water or something a bit more natural...
Take a look at this too... I was digging through some stuff on the web today... just falling down those rabbit holes we all know too well... and I stumbled onto this page about the lies being told to us. It really makes you think about everything we consume daily. You know, that constant stream of diet sodas like Diet Coke or Pepsi Max that seem to be everywhere... it’s kind of wild when you look closer at what's actually inside them. It brings up so many questions about how much we really know about our food and drink. Like, why are certain additives even allowed? It feels like there's a massive gap between what the big companies tell us and what might actually be happening to our bodies. It's enough to make anyone feel a bit uneasy... just staring at the label on a can of Coke and wondering... Anyway, just something heavy on my mind. Stay curious, I guess...

About a week ago, I picked up four packs of Orbit Drops. Everything seemed totally fine at first... but for the last four or five days, it’s been constant. It’s either a pounding Headache or this intense pressure... just doesn't feel right.

Before you grab anything to eat or drink, just make sure to double-check the label... check what's actually inside...
Aspartame (its code is E951)...
Phenylalanine... that makes up about 40% of what you find in aspartame. Just something to think about...

Do a little digging on the Internet and you'll see exactly how they managed to get aspartame approved as a "safe" additive for food and drinks... It’s pretty obvious once you look into it. We're talking pure interests, corruption, and big money at play here. Just look at what's written on this page...
I was just browsing through some info online and stumbled onto something that really makes you stop and think... it’s about those diet drinks we all grab when we're trying to be healthy. You know, like Diet Coke or Pepsi Max? There is some pretty heavy stuff being said about what's actually inside those cans. It's wild how much this affects us. This isn't just some niche concern; this issue touches the life of every American. We see these products everywhere—at the gym, in the office, at the gas station—but have we really looked at the fine print? People are talking about everything from Headaches and Fatigue to much more serious things like Anxiety and even Memory Loss. It's enough to make anyone feel a bit uneasy... There’s even talk about how excessive levels of phenylalanine in the brain can cause serotonin levels to decrease. That’s a huge deal for your mood and mental health. And then there’s the stuff involving the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force, who have actually warned pilots of the dangers of using aspartame. When you consider that pilots report having grand mal seizures in the cockpit of commercial airliners, you realize this isn't just about a little extra jitteriness. It's a massive safety concern. It honestly makes me wonder why there isn't more mainstream coverage on this. We trust these big brands, but sometimes the science tells a different story... Just something to chew on next time you reach for a sugar-free soda. Stay safe out there.

I’m not playing around with this anymore. Starting today, I’m staying far away from anything containing that aspartame garbage... and all those other cheap substitutes like Acesulfame K too.

Hey there... how's it going?
------------------------------------------------------

So, that was basically my email—sorry if it was a bit long-winded or if I used too much slang... just how I talk, I guess. Anyway, I'm curious if anyone else out there is dealing with similar issues and thinks they might be linked to aspartame? Or maybe you're facing health problems where every single test comes back totally normal, but you still feel like garbage...

A few days ago, I decided to cut out anything containing aspartame entirely. At least, I think I have... I’m starting to worry it might even be hidden in the tomato sauce at the pizza joint I frequent. Since I'm a student, I usually grab a slice there on the cheap, but honestly, I might just give up on those pizzas altogether to be safe... I've decided my "aspartame-free" experiment will last at least 30 days. I'm really curious to see if there will be any significant positive shifts in my health. Something interesting actually happened three days after I had my last Orbit Drops... the Headaches finally stopped. However, I ate some pizza shortly after, and within about thirty minutes to an hour, that tightening sensation in the back of my head came crawling back. It eventually turned into a full-blown Headache later in the day. Maybe it was just a coincidence... or maybe it wasn't...

By the way, you really need to check out what’s actually inside Orbit Drops—two nasty neurotoxins: aspartame and acesulfame K, plus some artificial dyes where the health impact is pretty questionable too... just straight-up garbage candy. I honestly lived thinking they weren't that "artificial," figured since they were good for your teeth, they couldn't possibly be hurting the rest of your body. Man, was I wrong! It's pure poison... though I guess most people are just a lot more resilient than I am.

Just read through the stories from people who realized aspartame was the culprit behind their health issues. Some of them were practically on death's door! They were dealing with symptoms of incredibly severe illnesses... but after cutting aspartame out of their diet entirely, quite a few of them experienced miraculous recoveries. Coincidence? 😉:

Yeah, aspartame definitely isn't the healthiest thing out there, and apparently, it can trigger Headaches, plus Acesulfame K isn't exactly 100% safe either.
Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid, so on its own, it’s nothing harmful or dangerous. The real issue is if someone has phenylketonuria and can't metabolize it, but that's a very rare hereditary condition.

Personally, I just stay away from artificial sweeteners altogether; I'd much rather just indulge in a few extra calories every now and then... 😁

I actually find this site pretty helpful for looking up food additives: Chemical Cuisine
http://chemistry.about.com/gi/dynami...hemcuisine.htm

This one is also great for breaking down what all those E-numbers actually mean:

I’ve also heard that Natreen is basically poison—that it breaks down in your system into some kind of carcinogen. It makes me wonder why diabetic associations or similar groups don't step up and file a class-action lawsuit against the manufacturers of these toxic artificial sweeteners?

jadetinker85 said:I’ve also heard that Natreen is poison, like, that it breaks down in your body into some kind of carcinogen.

I don't personally use any Natreen products, so I'm not exactly sure what's inside them, but looking at their website, they mention almost all the controversial sweeteners out there: cyclamate (which was banned here in the US back in the 70s), Acesulfame K—which you can find info on suggesting it might actually be more toxic than aspartame—and saccharin, which was banned in the States during the 80s (honestly without much reason, if we look at aspartame; people suspected it could cause cancer in humans, but nothing was ever actually proven)... Natreen also uses aspartame (at least in some versions) along with other stuff... So, it's verry likely to be quite harmful (especially those versions containing aspartame, no doubt about that).

And check out the FAQ on the Natreen site:
Are the Natreen products 100% safe to use?
The Natreen products are made from very fine ingredients, which have been tested extensively for their purity. All used sweeteners comply with existing local and US legislation and quality standards. From the extensive scientific tests done with sweetener, it is save to conclude that under normal daily usage Natreen's ingredients do not pose any risk for public health.

Did they actually answer the question? I mean, who do they think they're kidding? They don't say Natreen is 100% safe; they just say it meets certain standards (mind you, they aren't mentioning US standards, even though our systems can be pretty corrupt too).

I wonder why diabetes associations and similar groups don't just start a massive lawsuit against the manufacturers of these toxic artificial sweeteners?

Against whom? Take the US for example: the FDA (Food and Drug Administration—basically our version of the Department of Health) approved aspartame for use in diet drinks and other diet products. Good luck getting diabetics to sue someone like Coca-Cola just because they put poison in Diet Coke and their other diet products... Coca-Cola will just claim there's no proof aspartame is harmful. And if it eventually is proven? They'll just say they were following FDA recommendations. Then what? Sue the government? And get this—you wouldn't even believe how much money is involved here—back when aspartame was up for approval, despite evidence of its dangers, the FDA director managed to pull a fast one during the vote to get a 3:3 tie, so aspartame wasn't rejected or accepted. A little while later, aspartame was approved (nobody knows how), and that corrupt director left the FDA only to become the head of a massive firm called NutraSweet, which is like the Natreen of Europe, except NutraSweet doesn't mess with poisons, they just stick with one of the worst: aspartame.

Almost forgot to mention: there just aren't enough decent sweeteners, so diabetics wouldn't be able to eat anything sweet! The FDA pushed out other sweeteners so people would be forced to use products with aspartame (for instance, cyclamate and saccharin are arguably less dangerous than aspartame)—it's all about: MONEY! CASH! COLD HARD CASH! Otherwise, in Japan, the use of aspartame is very limited. They use stevia, which is totally safe, yet the FDA blocked it! Why? Because then people might realize they've been poisoning themselves with aspartame all this time and stop using it, which would probably lead to lawsuits and massive settlements for the manufacturers... Does that policy make sense to you? They refuse to approve safe substances, but they approve dangerous poisons and allow them to be tossed into a huge variety of products! Yet people refuse to believe it and post nonsense about how safe aspartame is. Once the consequences hit you like they did me, then you can complain—just don't say you weren't warned!

Casey Palmer5 said:Yeah, aspartame really isn't the healthiest thing out there... and apparently, it can even cause Headaches.

Supposedly... 😕 It’s kind of like saying caffeine supposedly causes insomnia... I mean, really? Headaches are one of the most common symptoms of aspartame poisoning. Of course, they aren't guaranteed, and just because you have a headache doesn't necessarily mean you've been poisoned by that stuff. But honestly—if you actually look at the list of aspartame poisoning symptoms, it’ll blow your mind. You have this one substance that everyone claims is perfectly safe (or so say the manufacturers, the corrupt FDA, and those doctors on the take) that can trigger such a massive range of different issues... It's wild. And those doctors who haven't taken payouts to cover up the truth about this compound? They don't talk this nonsense. You should really take some time to read through those "testimonies"...

Look, phenylalanine is an essential amino acid... so on its own, there’s nothing inherently harmful or dangerous about it. It's just part of how we function. Now, things change if someone actually has phenylketonuria—where they can't metabolize it properly—but that's a super rare genetic condition... so really, it's a different story entirely.

Phenylalanine isn't necessarily bad on its own, but getting too much of it might actually be harmful even for people who don't have phenylketonuria... because it starts building up in your system. At least, that's what Dr. Mercola says... Ever wonder what’s actually inside that Diet Coke you grab at lunch? I was digging through some info on Dr. Mercola's site recently... it's pretty heavy stuff regarding aspartame. It turns out there's a lot more to the story than just "zero calories." We're talking about how this sweetener might be linked to everything from headaches and fatigue to much scarier things like seizures or even brain tumors. It's wild when you think about it... people are drinking this stuff daily without a second thought. Even the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force have put out warnings to their pilots about the dangers of using aspartame in their diets. Imagine being in a cockpit and dealing with dizziness or blurry vision because of your drink... that's a massive safety issue. And it isn't just a fringe theory either; dozens have lost their jobs due to aspartame-related medical problems. The science behind it gets pretty intense too. Apparently, excessive levels of phenylalanine in the brain can cause serotonin levels to decrease. That hits right at the heart of why so many people report feeling increased anxiety or depression after consuming these diet drinks. It really makes you question the whole "diet" craze... Anyway, just some food for thought next time you're standing in front of the soda fountain... stay safe out there.

If you haven't been reading my posts closely or doing your own digging on the Internet, you might not realize that 50% of aspartame is actually phenylalanine. Even if that part isn't considered super harmful or doesn't affect everyone... what about the other 50% of the aspartame? About 10% is methanol—which is a lethal poison that can lead to blindness—and then there's the 40% that's aspartic acid, which Mercola says:

So, here's the deal with aspartic acid. It’s actually an amino acid. But when you take it in its free form—meaning it isn't bound up in proteins—it sends your blood plasma levels of aspartate and glutamate through the roof. Once you drink something containing aspartame or anything else loaded with free glutamic acid (which is basically just a precursor to glutamate), those levels spike... and that sudden excess of neurotransmitters starts hitting specific parts of your brain. It's a lot to process...
...
Too much glutamate and aspartate... it just starts eating away at your neurons, bit by bit. By the time you actually start feeling sick, the damage is already done. We're talking about more than 75% of the nerve cells in certain parts of the brain being wiped out before any actual symptoms even pop up... It's scary how quiet it all is until it isn't. Some of those chronic issues linked to long-term exposure to these excitatory amino acids include:
Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, memory loss, hormonal issues, hearing loss, epilepsy, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, hypoglycemia, AIDS dementia, brain lesions, and neuroendocrine disorders... it's a lot to wrap your head around.

When you add it all up and look at the big picture, it really seems like aspartame is harmful for everyone, but especially for people with PKU. My goodness, aspartame actually destroys brain cells! And honestly, the scariest part is how the side effects and issues often creep up on you so slowly... you don't even realize something is wrong with your body until it's already happening.

I just stay away from artificial sweeteners... I'd much rather just treat myself to an extra calorie or two here and there... 😁

Lately, I've made this sudden switch from regular sugar—well, except for my Pepsi Max—to all these diet sodas and sugar-free candies and gum... mostly just because I was trying to cut back on the sugar intake. It hasn't exactly helped me drop any weight. Honestly, if anything, I think I actually gained a couple of pounds that I really shouldn't have... And as for those other health issues, I already laid them all out in my first post. Looking back, the worst part is that I didn't take any of it seriously. I just assumed everything happening to me was caused by allergies to dust mites, pollen, or some other inhaled allergen...

I really loved this one too, all the breakdowns on E951:
http://www.lactose.co.uk/milkallergy...itives100.html

There’s an even more detailed one out there: http://www.bryngollie.freeserve.co.uk/E951.htm

And how much of that Orbit Drops crap and Coca-Cola—and all that other artificial garbage—are you people actually consuming?! 😕 I don't need some complex chemical formula to tell me they aren't good for you, even in small amounts, let alone when you're consuming them in massive quantities...

I am firmly on Team Sugar! Honestly, I find it so absurd when people start dumping Natreen into their coffee, acting as if a single teaspoon is going to lead to sudden weight gain... and don't even get me started on how terrible those artificial sweeteners taste. Of course, people living with Diabetes are in a different boat; they really don't have much of a choice (though options do exist, like using fructose from Schnekopfe, or
perhaps some barley or rice-based sweeteners, though those can be quite pricey).
So, personally, I’ll stick with real sugar every single time; I would much rather deal with the occasional trip to the dentist than pump those toxins into my system. I've even stopped chewing gum altogether, because you can achieve fresh breath just fine with simple herbal throat lozenges—natural ones, without any additives, of course. While it feels like all this junk being shoved into our food is impossible to avoid entirely, I truly believe we can at least cut out some of it...

Well, if there's actual evidence that aspartame is harmful, why wouldn't people sue the ones who allowed a proven toxin to be used in the first place? In America, smokers suing tobacco companies over cancer led to several big tobacco giants going bankrupt; maybe diabetics could try something similar here.

🙄 😁 😁

Everyone, just relax—no need to panic here...

Everything has some level of toxicity; in this day and age, it’s almost impossible to avoid toxins entirely.
But,

the real issue is dosage

some people are more sensitive to substance X while others aren't, or someone might be allergic to Y while someone else isn't...

you really need to pay attention to your own body and physiology, and actually listen to what it's telling you 😉 🙂

William Scott40 said:If there’s actual proof that aspartame is harmful, why aren't people suing the companies that let such a dangerous product stay on the shelves? I mean, look at what happened back in the day... smokers in America filing lawsuits over cancer claims basically wiped out several tobacco giants. Maybe people dealing with Diabetes could pull something similar here... it might just work...

It looks like you haven't really looked into the aspartame stuff on the web... There’s actual evidence regarding carcinogenicity and all sorts of other issues found during testing on rats. When it came time for approval, they didn't even hand over that data to the FDA—they only gave them the "non-incriminating" stuff. Get this—back before approval, when corruption wasn't quite such an obvious thing and the FDA actually did its own research, it showed that aspartame could trigger over 60 different symptoms. That was stated by the FDA; it's documented. But once the money started flowing, they just conveniently forgot about it. Once there's money involved, anything is possible... Another thing: those studies where they tested aspartame on humans didn't show immediate toxicity. And honestly, that’s the biggest issue. Aspartame kills you slowly. The compounds it produces build up in your system, so just because someone feels fine right now doesn't mean their body will be able to handle it in 5, 10, or 20 years. It gets even messier because aspartame can cause upwards of 60 different symptoms (!), so people always end up blaming some other random illness instead of realizing it's aspartame poisoning. Plus, the FDA basically only counts studies as proof of harm if the hypothesis is confirmed under strictly controlled conditions. Of course, that rarely happens because aspartame acts so slowly in people who aren't hypersensitive to it yet. And even when it does hit, the symptoms are all over the place... one person's experience is totally different from another's. You know what I mean? It would be like if there was a virus that caused a tumor in one person, a heart attack in another, and just joint pain in a third... who would ever realize it was the same virus if we couldn't track it? Nobody...

I’m not entirely sure if aspartame is the culprit behind my issues. Maybe it’s other compounds, like glutamate, or something else entirely... But I started suspecting aspartame because it's the only thing that seems to cover all my symptoms. For a while, I actually thought it was just depression—which is long gone now—that was making me feel so terrible. Honestly, I haven't really dealt with depression in a long time. Lately, I was convinced that allergies—pollen, dust, mites, you name it—were causing my headaches and everything else. You know, the blurry vision, constant thirst, those sudden palpitations, insomnia, weakness, blood sugar crashes, confusion, memory loss, and even worse... forgetting things completely. Then there's the back, neck, and joint pain, the vertigo, the dizziness, and even mixing up words and letters... but I just can't wrap my head around how inhaled allergens could cause all of that. It doesn't make sense. I'm only 22, too. With older people, you could maybe chalk some of those issues up to aging, but I'm only 22! By the way, aspartame poisoning isn't an allergic reaction. An allergy is just being hypersensitive to something otherwise harmless... but aspartame? That's a toxic neurological poison, not a harmless substance.

I haven't been hitting the aspartame too hard... just maybe three or four Diet drinks a week, a few Orbit Drops, some Diet Coke or Pepsi Max here and there... nothing anyone would call excessive. But man, I've seen people react to aspartame after just a couple of sips of a diet soda. And I’ve definitely noticed that if I drink a bit more Pepsi Max, it absolutely kills me! Even those Orbit Drops give me Headaches; if I feel that slight tightness in my head after a candy or two, that pressure always turns into a full-blown Headache... I'll check back in with you guys in two or three weeks and let you know if my health changes... if things go south, then it's aspartame and I'm cured! ...but if nothing happens, well, poor me, it must be something else, and I have no clue what... I just don't know what I'll do then...

Just one question though—if this stuff is so safe, why on earth were pilots in the US told to stay away from anything containing aspartame!? If they can't touch it because it might risk people's lives, then what about the rest of us? We're just left hanging...

Pilots report having grand mal seizures in the cockpit of commercial airliners. Some crash the simulators during "blackout" episodes. Dozens have lost their jobs due to aspartame-related medical problems. Unofficially, the FAA recognized the danger to pilots, but refuses to come out with formal warnings. Although 80% of all complaints to the FDA are regarding aspartame, their ties to industry are so strong, the issue remains unaddressed. However, the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force have warned pilots of the dangers of using aspartame.
This issue touches the life of every American. How could diet drinks cause desert storm syndrome? Why is Diet Pepsi now expiration dating only their diet drinks? Ask Mary Nash Stoddard.

It really comes down to the dosage... my husband—who’s a chemist—always says 😉

And I actually trust him on this. He’s the one who hands me these sweeteners (though, honestly, a single pack of 60 tablets lasts me nearly three months)—which is probably for the best, considering we haven't even finalized my life insurance policy yet 😉

I haven't really dealt much with depression personally. Lately, I figured my headaches and other issues—like blurry vision, constant thirst, occasional heart palpitations, insomnia, weakness, blood sugar crashes, confusion, memory loss, and even more intense forgetfulness, plus back, neck, and hip pain, dizziness, bloating, and mixing up words and letters—were just caused by pollen or dust allergies.

Have you seen a doctor, dustycanyon6? It’s possible you're allergic to something else, maybe even aspartame or an ingredient in those drinks, since I don't know anyone who gets those symptoms unless they drink stuff with artificial sweeteners. 😕
Anyway, there are medications specifically designed to prevent and soothe allergic reactions.

That Coca-Cola and stuff is straight-up poison!
But look, since Coca-Cola has been churning out its stuff in America since 1864, if people actually started spreading the truth about how bad it is, how much do you think they'd lose? We're talking about one of the most famous, top-selling products on the planet.
That’s exactly why that old-school toxin is still around, and I’m telling you right now:

Good grief, I wanted to sit down and actually read through this, but does everyone really need to write such massive essays? 😲

Can someone just give me the short version—is chewing Orbit gum actually okay?.. I don't even touch the other stuff anyway.

Orbit gum—it's good for your teeth, but bad for your brain. Most people aren't sensitive enough to feel the impact right away, but the poison just builds up in your head... so, one day, things might go south. It can also mess with your stomach or digestion if you overdo it. Your stomach expects food when you chew, but all it gets is saliva... If you aren't feeling any effects right now, you probably won't, since it's such a tiny amount of aspartame... though for some folks, even that's too much.

Orbit Drops are actually pretty sneaky because they get you hooked. You just keep wanting another one... then another... then another... For me, among other things, they caused digestive issues. And I wasn't even eating huge amounts—maybe half a pack a day... Yet the box says, "Enjoy the refreshing taste of Orbit Drops as often as possible." It also claims to be a "natural path to healthy teeth"—there's nothing natural about that.

And then BAM, total chaos and a wild ride through all the different sessions??😁 😁 👍 sorry, I just couldn't resist replying to this... honestly, I know a lot of people think all of this is perfectly fine, but if we're acting like chewing gum builds up "toxins" in your brain, then we might as well carry gas masks everywhere we go or stay indoors when the summer sun hits... that's how I see it. No need to freak out too much. Everything is fine in moderation. You can't eat an entire bag of candy and expect not to get sick or deal with whatever fallout comes your way... come on, people. 🙂

Fine, just live in a sterile bubble then and enjoy yourself! Do you have any idea how much radiation that monitor blasted you with while you were typing all those posts? I drink at least 5 liters of Diet Coke a day and I’m doing just fine! Seriously, quit the warpath and stop spreading nonsense. If you're allergic to every single ingredient, that's on you. You don't need to go out of your way making ads for different companies. Nobody has dropped dead from chewing gum yet. Maybe you'll be the first one! 😠
