Well, sure, it's about Metropolis, and the artist is right too, but the answer isn't really complete.

You also need to include the song title and maybe a little detail from the scene where it actually plays. (Just try not to spoil 😁 it.)

So, here’s my first proposed amendment to the house rules:
If nobody manages to nail the correct answer within... I don't know, a certain timeframe 😕 ...(how long should it be? 😁 )... we move on to a brand new question.
Alternatively, we could expand the scope to include famous quotes or iconic scenes, where you have to guess the film, director, characters, or actors... or something along those lines.
