Every single deal that gets struck undergoes an intense period of scrutiny following the broadcast—everything from debt obligations to cash flow is meticulously audited, ensuring they aren't just throwing money at shadows. 😁
I suspect Herjavec actually sees the highest rate of deals falling through, whereas Cuban manages to close almost everything, even if he isn't necessarily the wealthiest man in the room; after all, Lori and Barbara seem to be the ones working with the tightest margins.

James Anderson5 said:Look, it can't be easy being the smart one in the room; you have to take people at their word when they talk about their businesses, or so I've read. I think they walked away from some deals simply because things weren't looking like they were presented...

Herjavec is probably the least wealthy among them, which might be why they brush him off, especially since Cuban is still the most attractive option on average...

Still, as an investment platform, it's pretty impressive. I believe they've surpassed $100 million in investments and created about 10,000 jobs...

Totally, it makes your head spin seeing the kinds of products they handle over there. The market is huge, and even with the struggling folks, there's plenty of middle class and wealthy people. Here in America, it feels like everything revolves around tourism, bakeries, used car lots, debt collection, and cheap goods of every kind...🤣

Everything has gone in and out of style before—back then it was Tamagotchis or ripped jeans, but today it's apps. Someone who sold junk yesterday can just sell digital junk today. Even here, companies are trying to sell smart umbrellas and high-tech benches. If they're actually that smart, I guess you'd wonder why you can't just have a conversation with them.

Honestly, if we could just teach a smart umbrella how to post on a forum, it would probably become the leader of VB16 within a week.

Honestly, we could probably all use a heavy-duty umbrella just to shield ourselves from the sheer volume of tears being shed after the big game.

You really ought to consider getting some life vests before you all end up drowning in your own self-importance at some point this season.

When NASA tries to sit on a smart bench, the bench just stands up and walks away.

If a smart bench actually decided to stand up when it spotted us, I’d assume it was merely out of respect.

Besides, we sit on top of it, not inside it. But then again, I shouldn't be surprised by such an absurd suggestion; we all know you lot tend to settle comfortably within those tiny little voids where intelligent matter simply fails to exist.

Well, he is pretty sharp, so I guess that's just what people expect from him.

And we sit on it, we don't sit in it.

Man, if only common sense could travel from the backside to the brain for once.

Yeah, in your neck of the woods, it looks like they just swapped out the content without changing the substance.

Did the coaching staff actually come up with that one on their own? It feels a little too convenient for them to suddenly stumble upon such a "brilliant" strategy, don't you think?

I am certain of it, which is precisely why I believe it is high time we stopped relying on the wisdom of the domestic staff during our debates.

I’ve been hearing some whispers about this supposed "smart" walnut cake recipe floating around. Has anyone actually tracked this down or gotten their hands on it yet? If you have any leads or have actually tried it, please reach out to me via private message. I'd appreciate it...

Should we actually talk about what went down yesterday, or are we just gonna pull the "nothing to say here" routine again?☕

Some people go out of their way to harass dogs, while others prefer to target sheep. 🙂

It seems Taylor Swift is only interested in the heavy-hitting crime dramas rather than getting caught up in all this romantic soap opera nonsense. ☕

Both scenarios catch my eye. Guess I’m just a bit of a pessimist ☕

Anyway, Labradors... not really my thing ☕
