just talking nonsense left and right.

The issue isn't about making comments; it's about the blatant condemnation of anything that doesn't fit into one specific worldview. It’s all just prejudice and that general, narrow-minded stupidity that you seem to be quite deeply involved in yourself.

If I were a spider—a tiny little spider—I would be spinning a much larger web than this...

Just utter nonsense...

Look, you don't have to be a bigot to speak up; a person is allowed to say if something bothers them, and then you just have a conversation about it—that’s how social interaction works. If someone were suddenly campaigning to ban tiny dog coats out of pure spite, that would be one thing, but honestly, everyone finds something irritating or eye-catching at some point, even if they can't quite put their finger on why.

Perhaps Charles Roberts33 isn't quite fully informed, given his claim that people dress up dogs just to be malicious, which is actually quite rare. When it does happen, well, it bothers me too, because it feels like mistreating an animal (which, by and large, doesn't enjoy having things forced onto its body).

I suspect my own grandparents might have been a bit shocked at first if they had seen these tiny dogs dressed in little coats, though I wonder if they ever actually saw the modern breeds that live exclusively in apartments. Still, I am fairly certain they would have come around eventually, considering how much care they took to ensure their own pets stayed as warm as possible.

And what about the cats? Am I supposed to dress my cat in a little coat every time he rolls out of bed to go outside and pee?

I guess having a cat is enough reason for someone to call you a coward. Maybe. ☕

Real Madrid fans are so ashamed of their bosses that they feel the need to wear little coats just so other dogs won't recognize them.☕

Only insecure people who define masculinity through stereotypical nonsense would say that, and there are far too many of them... ☕

I can't stand seeing him pull on that gray coat; every single time he steps out of it, all I can think about is those old VB16 inscriptions ☕

Look, I get it. I’m really not looking to be the guy making a scene or acting like some kind of martyr over this. No need to worry...
I have two dogs, and honestly, I haven't trained a single one of them in my entire life...
No, like you said yourself, there are certain breeds of dogs that simply aren't built to handle these kinds of temperatures...
Shaved by force and completely hairless...
Having a negative opinion about something is one thing, but judging people who actually go out and do it is an entirely different matter altogether...
I have never once understood the compulsion to judge something that doesn't directly affect me or pose any kind of threat to my own life...

Man, those coats aren't exactly cheap, trust me...
I'm just sitting here, keeping a close eye on the prices... $100 Jackets...

You should judge the people doing this when there's absolutely no reason to, because they're just being idiots and spreading these mindless trends. And frankly, there are way too many of them out there.

Hasn't everyone just completely lost their minds with these damn animals? ☕

The wildest part for me is seeing dogs in little coats when it gets cold out; I guess even that's a thing now. 🙏 😂

Honestly, people have just gone insane with greed.

Honestly, I'd just toss the thing straight into a pool. ☕

What was actually the best course of action? He probably was just playing around, though if he had truly intended to tear her apart, he would have left her face half-destroyed. ☕

Honestly, who actually has that kind of raw, unbridled energy? It’s like a heightened state of constant alertness. When I was just a kid, I had a German Shepherd and what I think might have been a buffalo, and good grief, trying to wrestle with him was an absolute nightmare. 🤣

Everything’s just become so twisted lately. You’ve got piles of degenerates owning dogs today without having a single clue how to handle them—not to mention letting 100-pound beasts run loose without a leash and leaving their crap everywhere. Here's the latest disaster:

It’s pretty much a given—once that kid grows up, they just end up inheriting the dog's coat. ☕

I've got this massive dog with tons of long hair and a thick undercoat—cold weather doesn't even touch her. Honestly, she’d probably love mushing through the snow in Alaska... those little doggy coats are totally useless.

On the flip side, I do put a raincoat on her when we get hit with those massive downpours—makes the walk way better, plus I don't have to deal with a soaking wet mess when we get back home.

It's just common sense that dogs aren't as tough when they live indoors with us, but then again, the whole role of a pet has changed so much over the years too.

Why would a dog like that care about the cold? 🤣 Heat is the real enemy.

People tend to think of Greyhounds or Ridgebacks—dogs built for the heat with very thin coats. Naturally, they struggle when it gets chilly and need a sweater for their walks.

Amanda Evans2 said:Why on earth do you care if someone puts a little coat on a dog? How exactly does that interfere with your pathetic little existence?

It’s as if everyone just needs to be exactly the same, for God's sake...

🤣

Look, it doesn't bother me; it’s just funny.

Just because I comment on something doesn't mean I have some grand positive or negative stance on it.
Some people here act like moral authorities even when we're talking about dogs in coats. Relax. It’s like they want us to review everything—this TV show is great, that one is terrible.

Seriously, what is your problem with this specific style? 🤦

The very existence of these weak, modern breeds is the result of human spite and playing God to design the "perfect" companion for an increasingly crowded population with limited time and space. Through relentless selective breeding, we've ended up with semi-incapable breeds that can't function without human intervention and are prone to endless health issues.

Ideally, a dog should be a strong, resilient creature. Shelters and rescues are full of them. But people would rather drop hundreds or thousands of dollars on a status symbol or a fashion accessory that needs a jacket just to handle moderate weather.

Humans have been designing everything from beasts to domestic breeds for ages, far beyond just these household pets. I don't really have an issue with it, provided we aren't creating total abominations; as the human experience evolves, so too do the animals that walk alongside us.

Furthermore, wouldn't a dog spontaneously evolve in that direction anyway, even without our deliberate breeding and selective crossing? If modern people simply chose the smallest pups from every litter, we would eventually reach the same destination after enough time passes. Honestly, about 70% of people living in the US today don't even have a backyard anymore.
