Warm Bodies is actually based on that novel by Isaac Marion. It’s set in this post-apocalyptic world where everything has gone to hell, and the story follows this zombie named R who ends up saving a girl named Julia from a pack of zombies. He basically escorts her all the way back to the last remaining human stronghold, and yeah, they end up falling for each other along the way.
The movie is directed by Jonathan Levine and stars Nicholas Hoult and Teresa Palmer. It’s hitting theaters on February 1st, 2013.

Honestly, after watching this, I think I might actually be nauseated by the idea of a zombie in love 🤣🤣🤣

I caught the trailer for this before Twilight. Unlike all those other trailers that preceded that absolute mess (Beautiful Creatures, some new shit by Stephenie Meyer), this actually looks like it could be a decent parody.🤷 I mean, I really hope it’s a spoof, and that the zombies don't start sparkling in the sunlight or anything like that. 😉

God, can you imagine how she feels when they kiss? Those zombies are absolutely epic.

Just watched the trailer, and honestly? I think this thing is gonna be killer.

Unlike Twilight, this doesn't seem to be taking itself way too seriously, which means it'll actually be a fun ride.

This feels lightyears away from Twilight, which actually makes it look pretty interesting to me—honestly, I'd much rather have this than some tired remake or a massive "spectacle" like Hunger Games.

Look, when I said it "doesn't take itself too seriously," I meant it as a compliment. Exactly what you said—it just isn't pretentious. 🙂

It’s pretty obvious this is going to be a total joke and way better than Twilight (lol), but I still can't get over the disgusting thought of them actually kissing in the movie.

If he manages to throw in a relaxed tone and a decent dose of humor, this could actually work.

Initially, I was under the impression that this was being released as a television series, but upon further reflection, I realize it is actually a feature film. It strikes me as quite charming, and I am certain it will be worth watching.

Honestly, the more I find myself rewatching this awesome trailer, the more I'm convinced I absolutely have to see this movie; I have to admit, that soundtrack they used is just spot on. 🙂

Plus, that little nod to Fulci's zombie Flesh Eaters is such a beautiful touch! 🙂
